Questa bellissima casa vacanza con tre camere da letto e due bagni si trova su un piccolo lembo di terra all'estremità meridionale dell'isola Anna Maria, nella città di Bradenton Beach. Situata a Coquina Moorings, un piccolo complesso condominiale privato, questa unità terminale può ospitare sei persone e offre una piscina riscaldata, scivoli per barche private e un molo per la pesca ed è proprio di fronte alla bellissima spiaggia del Golfo del Messico. Con finestre in ogni stanza, godrai di ampie viste sull'acqua sia del Golfo che dell'Intracoastal Waterway.
Con un letto king size nel master, due gemelli e una doppia con rotelle estraibile nelle altre camere da letto c'è abbastanza spazio per l'intera famiglia. La cucina completamente attrezzata consente un ottimo pasto serale all'interno o all'esterno sul balcone. In effetti, ci sono due ampi balconi separati schermati con cursori in vetro! Location was perfect on southern end of Anna Maria Island about 1 mile from Longboat Key pass. The condo offered water views from both front and back balconies so you can watch both sunrise and sunset. It was equipped well but would have preferred more bath towels and toilet paper but we survived by doing multiple towel washes in the washing machine inside the condo. Kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. Each bedroom had a tv which was great great for the kids. I woukd definately not hesitate to rent this condo for a future vacation.

Great location in a quiet residential area. Overall we enjoyed our stay here, however there are a few things I'd like to address. We had a major issue with teeny tiny ants. They were there the day we checked in (Saturday) in the master bedroom and bathroom. I purchased ant traps, but that didn't seem to help, so I called the after hours number and someone came out right away, but that was all that happened. No one ever came out to spray and so we were left to squish ants all week. By the end of the week they were literally everywhere and some even hitchhiked home with us. The beds leave a lot to be desired and make sure you bring your own pillow as the ones there are pancake thin. Also, if you plan on cooking you may want to bring your own large frying pan - the one there is useless (the center is popped up so everything runs to the sides if that makes sense) and also baking sheets - we couldn't locate any. I know it sounds like a lot of negatives, but really the good out weighed the bad and I would stay here again. The water pressure was fantastic (which is a big deal for me having thick hair), we always had enough hot water, it was just a few short steps to the beach, there were 4 beach chairs, it was quiet, the beach access was across the street, there's a parking garage under the condo so your vehicle is not sitting in direct sunlight, and other than the ant issue, the condo was clean overall. (One other thing to mention, there is only stair access to the condo, so if you have issues with stairs this condo probably isn't for you.)

This lovely condo has it all... Look out one window and you see the beautiful beach, just waiting for you... Look out the sliders in the living room and the bay and your boat is calling. The condo is unbelievably well stocked with dishes, glasses

Great condo. Best of both worlds fishing in the bay through the back docks and across the street is the beautiful ocean. Condo has everything you need! Perfect place for 6 people comfortably. Loved the screened porch in the back that can be closed in by sliding doors.

Ample options/tables for group eating indoors and on porches. Comfortable, cozy, attractive, clean rooms. Managers (Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals) attentive and friendly.

What a wonderful week we had at Bay to Beach! The view of both were so much better then we anticipated. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen had everything you could need, there was plenty of space to relax and stretch out. The ONLY thing we had to purchase were beach chairs as the ones that were available for our use were not very comfortable and could have used an upgrade. Definitely would come back again!

We’re very pleased with the unit we rented at Coquina Moorings.(Beach to Bay) What great views of Sarasota Bay as well as the Gulf from the both sides of our unit. While the Red Tide was somewhat of a downer the first two days of the week it did get better after the winds changed direction and we were not really bothered much after that. Would rent that unit in A heartbeat aagain. We just loved it!

I have come here with my family for 5 years straight. It feels like a home away from home. The rooms are acomodated perfetly. Shops and restaurants are all nearby. The sunsets are a sightt to see, right from our balcony. Bay to Beach is a MUST stay.

condo was not clean , floor got my feet black and bed linens were dirty . I washed them all before use. tv n front bedroom has nowhere to plug in. no plastic shower curtain and cloth one is stained yellow gross. One of twin beds is broken i believe. The condo was well stocked with dishes and had an amazing view and nice pool.Just needs updated and a better cleaning service. I was charged for cleaning and linen service and received neither one. We did love the island.

Maybe it’s standard but it seems like for what it costs it would be nice to have it stocked with TP and garbage bags and simple essentials like salt pepper etc

Location is terrific, right across road from gulf on one side and out the back, there is pool and bay. We rented beach umbrellas, kayak and bikes. 4 beach chairs provided. AC worked beautifully (vital in Florida in July) except in one of the bedrooms (the one with daybed) but our son is pretty adaptable. This was exactly what we needed for our vacation. We used kitchen a lot too as many restaurants had long waits for dinner (post COVID-19 crowds). Beach across street was beautiful and never crowded!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a good location. About a half a mile from shops and restaurants. We loved the dual access to the beach across the street and the bay behind the condo. Several of us rented paddleboard‘s for the bay so it was a great location for that. For the actual condo, the layout worked well for us. The air conditioner worked great which is always a plus! As a family, the only real complaint we had were the toilets. They are tiny and very low. They need to be upgraded badly. Also, while the bar stools are cute, many are wobbly and need to be repaired or replaced. We would still stay there again, but we really hope those upgrades will be made soon; especially the toilets!

Great space and Perfect location
Three bedroom rentals are rare and this one delivers in location and price. My family had a very nice time and enjoyed both easy beach access and pool time with views of both the bay and the beach. The management team was very responsive even on a Sunday when it didn't seem like our fridge was getting cold. They were immediately on top of the issue and it didn't disrupt our stay at all. The bathrooms and the kitchen could use a refresh as could some of the furnishings, but it didn't detract from a great time. Thank you!
