Una camera da letto, due bagni vista oceano terzo piano di condominio. Buono a piedi, windsurf, kitesurf sulla spiaggia fronti questo fronte all'oceano complesso condominiale nel Nord Kihei. Un paio di minuti dalla Kamaole Beach I, una delle grandi spiagge sulla riva sud soleggiato. Aria condizionata in soggiorno e camera da letto. Condominio ha un letto matrimoniale. La capienza massima 2 persone. Wifi e parcheggio gratuiti.
Caratteristiche della struttura splendidamente curati giardini, campi da tennis, putting green, shuffle board, palestra, sauna, idromassaggio, grande piscina e area barbecue a gas.

The unit is in need of some upgrades.The cleaning was very sub par. Dirt under the bed along with food particles,and underneath the couch there was an empty pop bottle and a cough drop wrapper. Other than this it was ok.

I rented unit 312B from 1/16/23 to 1/26/23, and was disappointed. I’ve stayed in 2 other Maui Sunset units over the last 4 years and they were really nice... you can tell there was pride of ownership. Sadly, that’s not the case with 312B which is in dire need of updating: kitchen cabinets are peeling, a few ceramic baseboard tiles are missing, the bottom of the kitchen stove is rusted and the left front burner didn’t work, the guest bath door didn’t lock, there were 3 handles missing on the bedroom chest of drawers, old bedding and pillows, tub drain clogged on 1st day (called maintenance), dim master bath ceiling light darkens tub area when shower curtain is closed, washer shakes and makes loud noise when on spin cycle (even when load is evenly distributed), large toilet tanks waste a huge amount of water. In addition, the furniture is mismatched in the living room & dining room, and the unit living area is “cluttered” with unnecessary pieces of dated furniture.
