Riepilogo delle recensioniCondominio pulito e ben attrezzato con una vista fantastica e posizione comoda vicino alla spiaggia, alla piscina e ai negozi. Il noleggio delle bici e i servizi extra sono stati un vantaggio. Nel complesso, altamente raccomandato!

A great location with amazing views. Directly on the ocean, you can sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise, pelicans, osprey, dolphins & people... and then have your feet in the sand in a few steps. Right in the heart of Hilton Head there's no need to get in your car. Within walking distance (or a bike ride) to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The bikes and beach chairs included were a convenient added bonus. Rode for miles on the hard beach and bike trails . Condo was cute and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen well supplied. Cooked and had many meals on balcony. What a great place for families!! We are looking forward to our next visit here.

We loved our stay! Everything was as pictured. The room was clean and the property was well maintained and clean. It was the perfect location in Colligny beach area, we walked or rode bikes everywhere! The included bikes were great, and the provided chairs and beach umbrella was a plus. We hope to return next year!

We loved the location. We felt it needed some TLC. Balcony screen needs replacing, 2 fans need replacing, better quality bedding would make the bedroom more inviting, needs some ceiling repairs also. I had to remove a cheap down pillow which shed all over me and the bed so I had to wash the bedding. The garbage disposal had to be repaired while we were there and a water line repair in the parking area left us without water for a few hours. But the host was quick in responding to the repair and we were notified of the water line repair in the parking area before they turned the water off. We feel the living room furniture needs cleaning and the floors needed cleaning too. The rugs were dingy looking and the silverware and some dishes were dirty. The view was oceanfront and beautiful and an easy walk to the beach. We always had a good parking spot too. They are really strict about the parking for occupants. Also the security is always checking vehicles to make sure they belong. Scott who works security was pleasant and helpful anytime you needed anything. All in all a very relaxing time in Hilton Head at The Breakers.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a great location although the beach was very crowded due to it being right next to Coligny Plaza. Every other time we have stayed in Hilton head we have stayed farther north. The condo was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The dishwasher did not do a very good job of cleaning the dishes. The icemaker did not work so we had to go out and buy our own ice. The furniture in the living area needs to be cleaned or replaced.
