Questo spazioso, secondo piano, condominio fronte oceano offre una vista incredibile sulla piscina, spiaggia e mare dei Caraibi! Arredamento e arredi aggiornati in tutto l'appartamento offre tutti i comfort di casa. Godetevi due spaziose suite matrimoniali king più una terza camera da letto con la possibilità di un re o due gemelli. Una grande cucina, soggiorno e sala da pranzo è perfetta per famiglie o coppie.
Parte della famiglia The Landings at Tres Cocos, che include altre opzioni da uno, due, tre e cinque camere da letto, questo appartamento si trova a nord del ponte al taglio ea meno di un miglio da San Pedro Town. Vicino a ristoranti, bar e negozi, ma abbastanza lontano da essere tranquillo e rilassato. Gli ospiti della struttura godono di due piscine di acqua dolce, una piscina di acqua salata, una stazione di cottura barbecue sulla spiaggia, dock e un team di gestione in loco che può assisterti, se necessario. This is a beautiful property in a great location to have it all as far as access to the surrounding areas. The grounds, pool and beach are kept immaculately. Brittany and Mike are pro hosts. Knowledgeable, helpful and very responsive. Such a relaxing, fun and overall enjoyable stay. Thank you again! Look forward to returning one day.

This property was amazing! The location couldn’t be better—easy access to town, with a grocery store and coffee shop right next door. The check-in process was seamless and stress-free. The air conditioning worked perfectly (which hasn’t always been the case at other places we’ve stayed), and the pool was awesome—perfect for relaxing after a day out. We’ve visited the island over 20 times, and this is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Highly recommend!

I rely heavily on reviews so I’ll do my best to provide as comprehensive a review as possible. The location is fantastic. You’re just north of the bridge so you can quickly be in town or you can escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy the calm. There is a brand new coffee shop literally steps away from the condo, a great grocery store that’s a few steps further, or a bigger grocery store right down the road. The property itself sits right on the water which offers great views and breezes. Unfortunately the sargassum was bad (July) so it made being reef side a bit less appealing. The staff does an excellent job of maintaining the grounds so the pool is crystal clear and comfortable. The condo is very spacious. There were 5 of us and we had two friends visit for dinner and had plenty of room. The bathrooms are spacious as are the bedrooms. The mattresses are very firm, so if that’s your jam it’ll be great. It’s truly my only complaint and that’s just a matter of preference. Brittany and Mike were great! They had golf carts waiting for us, cold beer in the fridge and made sure we had all the info we needed! I would 100% recommend this property and we will for sure be staying with them again!
