This spacious, second floor, ocean front condo provides incredible views of the pool, beach and Caribbean sea! Updated decor and furnishings throughout the condo provides all of the comforts of home. Enjoy two spacious master king suites plus a third bedroom with the option of one king or two twins. A large kitchen, living room and dining space is perfect for families or couples.
Part of The Landings at Tres Cocos family, which includes additional one, two, three and five bedroom options, this condo is located just north of the bridge at the cut and less than one mile from San Pedro Town. Close to restaurants, bars, and shopping yet far enough away to be quiet and relaxed. Guests of the property enjoy two fresh water swimming pools, a salt water swimming pool, a beachside BBQ cooking station, dock and an on site management team that can assist you as needed. Our goal is to ensure you have a relaxing and unforgettable vacation while enjoying all that San Pedro and Belize have to offer.

This is a beautiful property in a great location to have it all as far as access to the surrounding areas. The grounds, pool and beach are kept immaculately. Brittany and Mike are pro hosts. Knowledgeable, helpful and very responsive. Such a relaxing, fun and overall enjoyable stay. Thank you again! Look forward to returning one day.

This property was amazing! The location couldn’t be better—easy access to town, with a grocery store and coffee shop right next door. The check-in process was seamless and stress-free. The air conditioning worked perfectly (which hasn’t always been the case at other places we’ve stayed), and the pool was awesome—perfect for relaxing after a day out. We’ve visited the island over 20 times, and this is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Highly recommend!

I rely heavily on reviews so I’ll do my best to provide as comprehensive a review as possible. The location is fantastic. You’re just north of the bridge so you can quickly be in town or you can escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy the calm. There is a brand new coffee shop literally steps away from the condo, a great grocery store that’s a few steps further, or a bigger grocery store right down the road. The property itself sits right on the water which offers great views and breezes. Unfortunately the sargassum was bad (July) so it made being reef side a bit less appealing. The staff does an excellent job of maintaining the grounds so the pool is crystal clear and comfortable. The condo is very spacious. There were 5 of us and we had two friends visit for dinner and had plenty of room. The bathrooms are spacious as are the bedrooms. The mattresses are very firm, so if that’s your jam it’ll be great. It’s truly my only complaint and that’s just a matter of preference. Brittany and Mike were great! They had golf carts waiting for us, cold beer in the fridge and made sure we had all the info we needed! I would 100% recommend this property and we will for sure be staying with them again!
