A nice, clean and large apartment. One large bedroom, two small bedrooms (one with no AC). Living room, dining area and balcony were all nice, large gathering areas. Very central and close to amazing restaurants, shops and attractions. Lots of closets in each room to hang clothing, and laundry facilities for longer stays. The hosts were accommodating and let us drop off our luggage, as we had a very early arrival. Would highly recommend this property.

The place was perfect for what we needed, located in a prime spot, and the hosts were very responsive.

Three couples stayed and had plenty of room. Great location, A/C worked well, loved the deck, lots of seating, were able to store luggage before checkin and after check out. Combo washer/dryer was a bit confusing but worked well.

The apartment was very clean but many areas of chipped paint raise the question of quality of maintenance.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. We made breakfast every day and an early evening snack, the kitchen was perfect for this, though we easily could have made dinners as well. The beds were comfortable and we liked how the bedrooms were laid out in the apartment. Lots of time on the balcony, so relaxing!

We had a really nice week-long stay at this apt (2 adults and 2 teenage children). Overall it was a good choice for us and a good value - VERY large space, clean, quiet, comfortable beds, and perfect location where we could walk to almost everything but not too central and too touristy thankfully. Host was responsive to any issues and questions. But I do have some feedback/suggestions for the host and also some advice for anyone looking at this apt. First, it's not as nice of a space as it looks in the pictures - walls and furniture much more worn and drab looking (if that matters to you). Second, the weather was only in the low 60s during the day, but at night we like to use some AC to sleep better and the master bedroom one was not working properly, is very loud, and leaked one night. Third, the washer/dryer is very european and does not really dry at all. So we hung everything on the porch, which is fine, but does take a long time to dry. Just a heads up. Also, the TVs did not have many channels, and no English channels (i.e. CNN) or any apps (i.e. Netflix). Not a huge deal, but was surprised. Also, it would have been helpful to have a booklet with instructions and information on a variety of things (this is common in many rentals we've stayed at), like how to use washer/dryer, dishwasher, TVs, what to do with trash/recycling, restaurant/shop recommendations in the neighborhood.

This apartment is more than advertised. A special place to return to after days of seeing the sights of Barcelona. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out.

Very spacious apartment in a central location with the ability to walk to major sights all within 20 minutes. Also great bars, cafes and restaurants all within a block of the apartment. Very quiet and well suited. It could use a tad freshening up with paint but generally well appointed.

Very nice, large unit with a good location. The building and the unit, however, could use some updating and maintenance.

apartment in great location. We spent 4 nights 3 couples and were left a total of 6 coffee pods and were told if we wanted more we could go to the supermarket and buy more. Beware 1 bedroom has no A/c so it was terribly hot and we were told to keep the door open so it could get air from the living room. Beware main elevator was out of order. We spent 3 nights and had to get 1 hotel room because the tiny 3rd bedroom was so stuffy and hot it was un usable. We reported this to the manager but she just didn’t care. There was 2 small bottles of wine and some olives in the kitchen with a sign that said help yourself $5 euros each. “tacky tacky” If your reading this you have been warned to stay elsewhere.

Great location, excellent property and very easy check in experience. Our host was waiting for me on arrival and spent the time explaining the apartment and shared information on shops, coffee, etc. Highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again when in Barcelona.

This was the second place we stayed at in Barcelona and it exceeded our expectations. The apartment itself was HUGE. Very easily accommodated 6 guests. There was living room and outdoor space to enjoy drinks and coffee. I would recommend this to anyone staying in Barcelona.

We had a great stay here. It was within walking distance to many attractions including the metro. That’s were comfortable and unit was clean. It fit all of my family members comfortably with lots of extra room to move about I would definitely stay here again:)

Overall great! Only minor comment is that third bedroom had no AC and we needed to keep the door open. Probably would not have been an issue except for the unusually high temperatures at the time! Would stay again!

We LOVED this property... the location was fabulous, and the apartment was very comfortable. It was a great layout, and had solid air conditioning in the master bedroom and one of the other bedrooms. The third bedroom was indirectly conditioned via a common area air conditioning unit. We would definitely stay here again!

This apartment is roomy and gorgeous. There is a coffee shop right next door and several grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The location is great!

Gorgeous apartment with quick walk to La Ramblas. Great location close to everything. Big bathrooms and plenty of closet space and big living room. The beds were very comfortable. Best part was the big balcony. We had all our bfasts outside on the balcony. Highly recommend it. I wish we were staying longer.

The BCN Apartments group was responsive from the beginning and answered all of my questions. They met us immediately to check us in and were EXTREMELY helpful with restaurant recommendations and taxi reservations. The flat is large and well-equipped. The A/C units kept the flat very cool and comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable. The location was ideal for getting everywhere in the city and easy walking distance to many of the highlights. I would absolutely recommend the apartment to family and friends. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony, drinking coffee, and enjoying the atmosphere. Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The apartment is clean and very conveniently located. The terrace is nice but only looks out at the back of other buildings so not much to see, but it also makes it very quiet.
