The apartment features a furnished terrace, a large living and dining area, and three comfortable bedrooms with two full bathrooms. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, and washer-dryer.
Enjoy the comfort of air conditioning, central heating, free Wi-Fi, and a safe box.
🛏️ We provide towels, bed linens, toiletries, cleaning products, and a hairdryer.
🥂 Minibar products available for an additional fee based on consumption.

In accordance with Article 4 of Royal Decree 933/2021, all guests staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia/Barcelona must register obligatorily. To facilitate this, we provide our guests with an app to register all guests before their arrival date.
Tourist tax not included in the price.€6.88 per adult per night. Please note that the Barcelona City Council will increase the city tax from €6.88 per person per night to €10.45 per person per night starting April 1st, 2026.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A penalty of €100 will be charged for smoking inside the apartment.
No parties or loud music after 9:00 PM. A minimum fine of €150 will be imposed if it becomes necessary to call the police or a security guard to the apartment due to complaints about late-night noise.
Vacate the apartment by the agreed time (11h30) on the day of departure and leave the keys inside the apartment on the dinner table
Return ALL sets of keys at the end of the rental period, be subject to a minimum 50€ charge if not.
On arrival, a deposit of €200 is requested.

Please note that full payment for the accommodation, tourist taxes, and security deposit must be completed prior to arrival. Additionally, it is mandatory to register all guests before check-in to the apartment.

The apartment was clean. It’s in a great area Central to a lot of things you can walk toThe washer dryer took a long time and never seemed to finish and a few more towels per person would’ve been helpful

Space was very large and accomodating for my family. All spaces were clean and beds were comfortable. While building did have elevator(s), for check in we had to use to one to get to floor above us and then took one down for luggage to get to our floor. Not really an issue unless you have a guest in your party that needs an elevator but beyond that the location was good and safe and the room was perfect for us.

This place was just perfect for the 5 of us. Great location, comfortable beds and the hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We arrived about 4 hours before check in and they kindly took our bags and stored them. Notified us when it was ready, which was earlier than the 2 pm check in time. Wish we could have stayed another day, so much to do around there!
