Gli aggiornamenti abbondano in questo delizioso condominio ristrutturato con decorazioni tropicali e splendide piastrelle in tutto. La cucina rinnovata ha elettrodomestici neri e lucenti ed è completamente fornita e attrezzata per voi. La vista sul canale navigabile Intracoastal dal balcone privato e dalla camera da letto principale è assolutamente meravigliosa e ti attirerà subito! Bella gated community, lavatrice e asciugatrice nel condominio per il vostro uso, wifi gratuito, arredi aggiornati e molto altro ancora !! L'edificio n. 4 si trova dall'altra parte del canale navigabile rispetto a St Pete Beach, quindi calcia i tuoi piedi e osserva l'azione che passa! Questo edificio è ben situato vicino a una delle vasche idromassaggio all'interno della proprietà, vicino alla zona barbecue ed è molto facile raggiungere a piedi la piscina e l'accesso alla spiaggia in loco!

Land’s End si trova su Treasure Island alla fine di una penisola ed è circondato su 3 lati da acqua; la via navigabile Intracoastal a est, un passaggio a sud e il Golfo del Messico a ovest. Questa community è ricca di servizi per far divertire chiunque! Grande piscina riscaldata, 2 vasche idromassaggio, campo da pallavolo sulla sabbia, campi da tennis e pickleball, griglie a carbone e area gazebo per le vostre serate all'aperto, una passerella che avvolge la comunità per i vostri esercizi mattutini, shuffle board, accesso diretto alla spiaggia e tutto all'interno questa bellissima comunità paesaggistica. Land’s End si trova a circa 5 miglia a sud del John's Pass Village sulla spiaggia di Madeira, piena di negozi, ristoranti, attività acquatiche e intrattenimento per tutti. Hai voglia di andare sulle montagne russe mentre sei in città? Busch Gardens a Tampa è a solo un'ora di auto o colpire i parchi Disney e tutte le altre attrazioni di Orlando in 2 ore. L'acquario della Florida a Tampa, l'acquario di Clearwater (casa dell'inverno il delfino), l'Hard Rock Casino, i bellissimi parchi statali e le miglia di spiagge sono solo alcuni dei motivi per visitare le nostre spiagge della Contea di Pinellas !!! Essendo una gated community alla fine dell'isola, Land's End ti consentirà davvero di allontanarti dal trambusto della vita quotidiana e ottenere quel R&R tanto necessario, ma sarai ancora vicino a tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno per renderlo un destinazione perfetta per le vacanze.

The condo was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the 3 beds and the washer and dryer. Having the bay in front to fish and the beach just 1 minute behind us walking was awesome.

The property was fairly nice but there were a few things that needed repaired. The grounds crew were there everyday of our stay which was loud and annoying . We were also expecting a couch bed and we weren’t sure if that was our mistake but no big deal. The only other complaint that I would have would be the charge to park. I feel that this should have been included in the rental price. Otherwise the property was nice and well maintained and the pool was extra nice.

Beautiful place. Kitchen was stocked with all cooking utensils, blender, crockpot, air fryer, everything we needed. We had a wonderful week. Will definitely book again.

We have been coming to Lands End for 5yrs. This is our Favorite Resort!! We have stayed in 5 different rentals.. We have been pretty happy with them all. The condo was nice and it was clean when we checked in.( I did notice some dirty towels on top of the dryer that were left there) The living room furniture was beautiful. The kitchen was stocked pretty well. They even have an insta pot and air fryer in it as well. We loved the balcony view. We loved hearing the music at night from across the water. Early in the mornings we saw dolphins and 2 days we saw manatee. We are a family of 5 adults so having the full size and twin in one room was great. I always look for condo’s here that have enough beds for 5. A few things I feel was a con for this condo was the Mattress in the Master bedroom it really needs to be replaced. The Master closet is used as storage and I did not want to hang my clothes in it. I did take a sheet that was in the linen closet and cover some of the items so my clothes would not be touching anything., the closet felt dirty. The master bedroom blinds had alot of slates off and did not cover the windows so there was no privacy and it did not do any good to close them. If you like to sleep in and do not want the sun shining in , you are out of luck lol. The sun shined brightly every morning, but that was fine with me I like to wake early. The kitchen table is huge and high and so are the chairs It was hard to get up to the table very well. The chairs need some repairs and cleaning. The washer and dryer would not hold more than 4 big towels it is very small. I am one who keeps things clean even on vacay. I wash every day. It was hard to keep up with the laundry since I could not wash much at a time. We would have to reuse some towels at times, being 5 of us and we all showered once or twice a day coming in from the beach. They had some nice pieces of furniture but several of the drawers had knobs off of them. I saw several of these things I mentioned in past reviews and was thinking by our vacation they may have been taken care of or repaired. They were not. We truly enjoyed our vacation and did not let these things bother us or interfere with our vacay! If I were the owner, I would definitely get the kitchen chairs repaired before someone gets hurt, they are very unstable. I gave a 3 because several things were not taken care of from past reviews, and might be an issue for future renters.
