Our family of 6 had a good stay at Lands End. The unit we rented had a beautiful view, we loved how close the walk to the beach was.
The pool was big, but our children were told to get out of the hot tub as it's 17 and over. Our kids were in tears. We wished we knew this before renting here. However, the staff and people were friendly.
The unit itself had mold and mildew due to the water damage (glass door is not sufficient for the ensuite). The floors were very dirty when we arrived.
The pullout couch was broken and uncomfortable for our 2 little ones, it needs to be replaced.
The condo didn't have any Dish soap, laundry soap, or kleenex. We purchased all of that out of pocket.
My husband and I said we would give the place a 3/5.
It was a lovely location (close to beach, close to restaurants, close to grocery stores, etc) but this specific unit just needs some updates and care.

We had a wonderful week! Sitting on the balcony having coffee was such a relaxing time. Being on the gulf and able to watch the Sunsets was awesome. This is my second year staying there and I am looking forward to another week next year!

Unit was in terrible condition, HVAC not serviced, crown molding separating from ceiling in living area and master bdrm, DW not secured and hard to load due to door hitting oven door, hole about 24 x 24 in hall shower from repair, mold and rust along shower in mast. bath from previous leak, cabinets in mast bath were original from 1986, mastresses in all bedrooms were not good, very worn, baseboards need painting, list could go on and on. The owner or mgmt company needs to maintenance and update unit extremely bad, brought attention to rep. from rental companay and he just kind of blew it off due to the heavy rental of unit, not going to mention the activity of the beach, not family friendly, but we have been coming here for over 30 years and loved it, but the last two years it has changed, the parking fee of $60.00 on top of the high rent is a bit much. We won't be back

Stayed in building 7 -apartment 305 PROSGood bed Good shower plenty of hot waterFantastic view from the balconyCONSGeneral impression of apartment is that it is rundown,shabby, needs upgrading and updating,needs a deep cleanThere was no bakeware we had to buy someThere was a very dirty and rusty kettle you could not use so we bought a cheap electric kettle and left it with resort rentals for any tea lovers to borrow.Very poor wifi signal measured in Kb's we contacted Resort rentals as it stated the apartment had wifi they quickly arranged for an engineer to come out who fixed the problem, but a note of caution if you need wifi, the engineer told us that this apartment is on the cheapest internet package which is capped at 1 Mb that means no streaming of films, music etc believe me we tried, so if wifi is important choose another apartmentResort rentals Staff very helpful and friendly especially Janet, booking process key collection drop off very easy any issues they dealt with very quickly (see wifi)The resort itself Lands End is very nice peaceful and quiet I would not suggest it for groups as there is not a lot to do other than chill out. It is right on the Gulf and we found it a wonderful place to stay.I have stayed in this resort before in building 8 apartment 403 and that had been upgraded and was overall a much nicer apartment with a strong wifi signal.

Love the complex, 2nd time at complex, first time at this unit. Very nice except for kichen hardware, notably the range is a smooth top and most of the pans, skillets had somewhat warped, rounded bottoms. No can opener. Only one serving bowl, no tablespoons. With the great view and location of the condo, we love staying in and cooking. Not impossible, but not best. Other than needing another dining chair on deck, all was great. Wonderful MBR mattress and 2nd BA nicely updated.

Our vacation rental experience was very efficient and enjoyable. From our reservation procedure to checkout, the staff members of Resort Rentals were all knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. We had a couple of maintenance issues with our rental unit which were resolved with a quick phone call.

Treasure Island was a great spot for our very first family vacation. The condo was literally right off the beach so taking the kids to and from the beach was a breeze. The coolest part was watching dolphins right off the beach!!

We had a wonderful time...Things I would change or look into: The elevator was a little scary i.e...door didn't open all the way, the elevator jumped upon stopping at our floor. The Wifi is terrible and needs to be upgraded. I came there to work while the children played and could not because the Wifi took forever to load a page.

Land's End is an excellent resort. Our rental condo was clean, well furnished, and well equipped. The only things that could be improved would be stocking it with some proper beach towels and increasing the internet speed, which is virtually dial-up. It's very impractical to use the internet in the condo to do almost anything besides sending email.

this was the second yr we have stayed at lands end and the only place we will stay in the area. it is so nice to have room so we can spead out. hotel rooms cost almost as much so why not have time to enjoy your visit. if you do like we do and purchase groceries to eat breakfast and lunch in the condo it comes out cheaper than a hotel. love lands end

we had a small issue with noise from a renovation next to our unit. Resort Rentals went above and beyond the call of duty. frankly, this take care of the client mentality seems to be more of the exception than the rule. Hats off to Resort Rentals.

Land's End is a very nice property. The grounds are nicely landscaped and well maintained. Our condo was located on the beach front and had wonderful views. The new kitchen in the condo was beautiful and well equipped - however coffee maker didn't look too good so we bought a new 6 cup one and left it there for future guests. Also, the carpet in both the master bedroom and guest bedroom needs to be replaced, very worn/and torn. Master bedroom comforter not clean either, but we just took it off the bed and stored it in the closet. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable but could use better fitting sheets. We will most likely stay here again, we had a wonderful, restful and relaxing week. The staff at both Resort Rentals and Land's End were very nice to work with.

Overall, unit we stayed in was very nice and the view & location are spectacular! The second bathroom had been renovated and had a great walk-in shower. Deck furniture needed to be cleaned and some of the vertical blind slats were broken. The property is beautiful with great outdoor swimming pool. We would definitely come back here.

The pool, beach and landscaping all combine to make Lands End a wonderful place to stay, and is the main reason we stay here. The apartment itself has recently undergone a new kitchen renovation which is a great addition. The bed is huge and quite comfortable. In terms of the rest of the apartment it still requires some updating, especially in the dressing area (where there was some mould around the sink) and second bathroom. The owners also need to replace the linens and pillows.

My husband and I stayed at Lands End for a week in April, 2015. The property was clean and well maintained. The location of this unit is terrific with a great view of the Gulf and the sunsets. Would definitely recommend this property to a friend and will probably return next year.

I love the beach. However, the condo left a lot to be desired. When we arrived, our bedding had not been laundered. Nasty stains on all of the sheets. Laundered them ourselves. The internet access was extremely unacceptable. Very slow. The coffee maker was dirty. All in all, would not stay at this particular condo again. And as for the upkeep of Lands End, too many Palmetto bugs on the premises. Ants everywhere. Disappointing. Have used Resort Rentals many times before, but not sure if I will do so again next year.

beautiful view of the ocean right on the beach. but the unit needs serious updates. bathrooms and kitchen are very old and outdated, old caulking worn and removed in many places around floor and sinks leaving growth for mold and mildew. floors and countertops were dirty from insufficient cleaning before we arrived. mattress were lumpy and very old. daughter had some sort of bed bug bites the first night. we had to take the time to wash sheets and mattress pads on all beds. Called the rental place about issue and never got a call back or any solution.

We have stayed at Landsend Condos prior to this but on the inlet side. We loved the gulf view of this unit and enjoying coffee in the morning and wine at night watching the sunset. The unit was clean but needed some updating on kitchen items especially a coffee pot. A 4 cup coffee maker is inconvenient for 4 adults. We had our own chairs and umbrella for the beach but the unit did have some chairs and beach items in the closet. Overall we were very pleased with the unit and the area. Would recommend this unit to others and definitely will be back for a future visit.
