Nice Est, studio di 25 mq con loggia in edificio moderno perfettamente sicuro, completo di garage.
Situato in una zona tranquilla nei pressi del porto, la città vecchia, il Marche aux Fleurs, Place Massena Promenade des Anglais.
Teatri, cinema, musei, opera, centri commerciali (Carrefour TNL, Nice Etoile) sono solo pochi minuti a piedi dallo studio
Si avrà un TV (oltre 100 canali internazionali), radio, lettore Blueray, una biblioteca video, telefono e wifi.
Biancheria (lenzuola, asciugamani) è fornita. Durante l'estate vi daremo 2 asciugamani da bagno e 2 tappetini.
Una cucina con tutti gli utensili ed elettrodomestici (forno a microonde, forno elettrico, macchina per il caffè, bollitore, teiera, piatti, pentole, padelle ...) vi aiuterà nella vita quotidiana.
Per gli orari di arrivo e partenza, sono molto flessibili, non esitate a contattarmi con le vostre esigenze.
Si trova vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, tram e autobus per aiutarvi a ottenere per la città e visitare la regione.

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement idéalement situé. L’appartement correspond tout à fait à l’annonce. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles. Je re commande vivement.

First of all, Annick were very very helpful and welcoming when I first arrived in Nice, with 40kgs of luggage in tow. They are also about the coolest people you will meet, and were great hosts at explaining how the trains worked to and from Nice, where to go in the neighbourhood if I needed anything, and took the time to explain everything in the apartment. They also made sure I got onto the right bus to head towards the airport (to pick up my rental car) by waiting with me. The apartment itself was spacious and had everything that was necessary, and the roll out (real) bed was very comfortable - the pictures accurately reflect the space. For the duration of the stay, I just let the bed remain out - there was plenty of space in the studio still. It was tastefully decorated, the bathroom was large and the studio was always well lit - especially with the southern sun! The apartment was also well located - about 5 minutes from the port, 8-10 minutes from the old town (depending on where you headed), probably about 20 minutes to Promenade des Anglais along the beach. It's close to Acropolis tram stop and Nice Riquer station if transport is needed. All in all I had a great time in Nice and in Annick's apartment.

Studio bien équipé dans résidence récente, très agréable. Proche de tout à pied, 10min du vieux nice et de la promenade des anglais.
Excellent accueil des propriétaires, très disponible. Une adresse que je garderai si je reviens à Nice.
