All was excellent except the dish washer was broken. A technician came and checked it out but was unable to fix it.

We went in the fall. Had a baby, 3 year old, and several adults. The house was amazing. The location great, especially with the park and farm nearby. Great stay!!

Location was nice, just across the street and down a little to access the beach area. A nice playground was within walking distance as well. Don't be scared when you see the ceiling in the dining are and the main bedroom. They need some repair, but should not fall down.

The perfect location for a beach trip. Close enough to the public beach that we could walk up the stairs from the beach to the house to go to the bathroom or get lunch. Lovely front and back yard. The bunk bedroom was perfect for our family. We’ll definitely come again!

We absolutely loved our weekend at Graham Haven! The proximity to town and the water was ideal for our group, and everything about the home was exactly as described. Would definitely come back and stay again!!

Gorgeous lake view with Lake Michigan just across the street. You’re close enough to walk to town and it’s a beautiful neighborhood. We spent most of our time outdoors because the weather was perfect!

Five senior sisters sought a refuge near the beach to honor a sixth sister whose absolute favorite place was the shore. The house was exactly as described, beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. It is difficult to find rentals with a king bed, let alone four! The house is in a quiet neighborhood, with a view of Lake Michigan from both the living room and bedroom. Kitchen is gorgeous and well appointed. Only request is a teakettle, please, and further info on whether the items in the garage (bikes, kayak,) are available for guest use. Definitley will consider a return in the future.

Overall great stay and location. Short walk to the beach and kids park were the best perks. Great kitchen and living area for family to enjoy our vacation. Fire pit in front yard made for some amazing sunsets!
Backyard was unusual, almost like a second front yard, but still enjoyable.

Loved the updated kitchen and bathrooms. Home was clean and check in/out was easy. Beach across the street and walkable distance. Also a short drive which we did when going with a young kid and our older parents. Thank you!

Great weekend get-away
The house was really nice and a great location. To me, the photo showed the house closer to the water.
Just being super picky but for the cost, I would have like to have had Kleenex in the house and didn’t think we should have emptied the trash. It would have been nice to have those items included in the cost.

Walkable location
The location was the best part of this rental. Lake and beach were across the street. Dead end street behind house was great for grandkids riding bikes. Close to playground. Could even walk downtown. House was adequate in terms of space but needs updates. Second bathroom needs to be remodeled if they’re going to charge that much money.

Great Getaway
The house was perfect for us! We traveled with our 2 children, mother-in-law and babysitter. I wish we could have stayed longer. The house is conveniently located across from the beach and still within walking distance from downtown. We will definitely be back!

Great location, updated kitchen, comfortable beds, good living space
We really enjoyed our stay! Our family of 5 stayed for a full week and were super comfortable. The location across from the beach was very convenient for a short walk to South Beach and an easy walk into town. The house was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, as we cooked almost all of our meals. The grill and firepit were good to have, and the bikes and double kayak in the garage were a big plus, especially the tandem bike! There is a lot of space indoors for seating and socializing. Although the bathroom by the master bedroom was not updated, it was clean and nice. Lots of bath towels and extremely convenient to have the washer/dryer, although we never needed it. Very small issue, we had to run the dishwasher a lot because we kept running out of forks, so might be helpful to have a few more. Although this didn't impact us, the backyard was not private, it opened to the street behind us; however, that street was a dead end so not a very busy street. Overall, great stay and would highly recommend!

Perfect spot to make family memories!
Perfectly located across the street from sunset views over the lake, just up the road from beach access and a short walk to town. The house is nicely appointed both inside and out, and had comfortable accommodations for our two families to enjoy time together with our new grandson!

Definitely recommend this house! Great location for beach access and beautiful sunsets. We knew the price was reflecting the location and some upgrades, plus the extra fee for property management company.
I do wish the back left bedroom had frames for the twin and king. It’ll be even better when the second bath is remodeled. Very well equipped, excellent kitchen. Bonus that they had a pack n and play, gliders in two rooms and baby/toddler toys. (We have a two yo) comfortable beds and couches. We didn’t explore how to use the xfinity service for the tv. Hubby found PBS for the kids on Sunday morning. Maybe a placard with directions would help. We did have challenges with the WiFi on Saturday upon arrival/evening. I reported it with a phone call and received a follow up text Sunday morning however we must have reset the router and modem 6 times by then and it was working so I never needed to call back. I wish the rinse off hose was all located outside. I or hubby had to brush off enough to walk through most of the house to open the garage to access it. Just a pet peeve about trying to keep the sand outside for our own stay, cleaning company and upkeep of house.

We just loved this property! It’s rare when then the actual house and location turn out to be even better than you are anticipating! We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Across from the lake with lots of room
We were three couples and there was more than enough room. The house is very nice and comfortable. We loved sitting out front where we could see the lake. It’s a lovely walk down the beach to the pier. The only small issue was a puddle of water that collected under what was probably the air conditioner.

Perfect location!
This property couldn’t have been more perfect for our group. There were three families with small kids and we felt like we hit the jackpot. The location was steps away from the beach..and a few minutes away from the park, which the kids loved!! The house was very clean and updated. Kitchen was stocked well, and we used the grill and the fire pit outside for veggies and hotdogs and had a beautiful sunset each night right outside the front door. Overall a really great stay. Would rent from here again in a heartbeat!
