We traveled to Lynchburg from Louisiana for my partner to do an in-person week-long intensive for his course at Liberty University and this Tiny House was just perfect for our needs. It is surprisingly spacious and efficiently furnished. The bed is memory foam and very comfortable and if you like to cook, the kitchenette has all you'll need to make simple meals or breakfasts. Communication with the owner was easy and responses were prompt. Less than 10 minutes from campus and a variety of restaurants and shops, we were surrounded by all we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again for our next trip in the fall!

This house is a gem! The location is perfect as it's close to everything (I wanted to be close to Liberty University) but it's off the "beaten path" so it's very quiet. The host Stephen responded quickly to my questions and was a great host, The kitchen is well stocked for cooking although I didn't do any. Even the bathroom had extra items I don't normally see and was a nice touch. I was very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed my stay! I will be back as this is a home away from home right near my son's college. Thank you again Stephen for a wonderful week!

Another great stay!!
This was our second stay in a property owned by host Stephen. Very clean and nicely decorated. Stephen responds quickly to any messages. This is a perfect alternative to staying in a hotel!! We loved our stay!! We will definitely book future trips with Stephen!!!

Well appointed house with everything you need. Thoughtful attention to details, great location, clean, and excellent property manager communication! Perfect location for visiting either University of Lynchburg or Liberty University. Good internet and TV access.

LU Intensive week
This was perfect for me during my intensive week for my LU course. I even got confused about the bill and the host was very patient and gracious.
It was clean, convenient, peaceful and spacious enough for me and even would be with my husband. Being near the airport, I was never disturbed by the sound of a plane. I will plan to stay here next time I am in Lynchburg.

Wonderful stay!
Although I only stayed for a short period, I enjoyed my time a lot at the studio. It was very comfortable and it felt very homey. It’s well taken care of and I would definitely go stay there again or recommend it to anyone passing through Lynchburg!

Great location, comfortable, had everything I needed. Arrived after dark to welcoming lights on in house and on porch and even a personalized welcome sign on fridge. Had a great stay at the tiny house.

This was a great place for us to pause on our road trip. A very clean and well decorated studio tiny house. Very nice bathroom and full kitchen as well. Stephen keeps good communication and house rules are simple and clear. I’d definitely stay here again.

Great Location in Comfortable environment
The Tiny House was airy and bright. Bed was soft ( a bit too soft for my spouse, but I loved it). Shower was roomy. Well stocked, clean and comfortable. We certainly hope to return.

FANTASTIC FIND!
Can’t say more about this “tiny house” with big accommodations! Every amenity you can think of, plus! From blue tooth music in the bathroom, to board games, to Roku tv, even a fully stocked spice shelf... you’ll find it hard to find lack here. The location is in a tiny, cute, quiet community and only 5 minutes from Liberty University’s campus. Exceptional find!!

Great unit and location
We enjoy staying in the tiny house. This was our second time. It’s the perfect place and location to visit our daughter at liberty university.
The shower drain does need some attention as it didn’t drain quickly enough.

The Studio was AMAZING, I LOVED IT!!!
It was everything they described and more! What you see in the pictures is what you get! The area was quiet and Stephen was kind and helpful! I was greeted by a personal WELCOME! and checked on me to make sure things were good. Everything I needed was there and I fell in love with the shower!! I came for rest and relaxation and that’s what I got, didn’t want to leave on Sunday, lol. Have already recommended the place to several people and I will be coming back! THANK YOU FOR YOUR WARM HOSPITALITY!
