It was very quiet despite the amount of people that were staying there, and it was located right beside a restaurant.

I liked I could fit my large family in one room. All other hotel suggested to purchase two rooms
The hotel seemed a little outdated compared to another Springhill I've stayed in. Had a little musty smell to it. Was a decent stay tho

The location to Liberty University was perfect!
The tiny little outdoor pool was too crowded to even try and go.

It was a great weekend stay!! The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly! They didn't have milk in their market and I was lazy to go to the store to buy some but the guest service person gave us a milk carton from the breakfast bar (that wasn't open). They were pleasant every time we walk past the lobby. Breakfast was great too!! There was plenty of room in the suite too!! I love that they have a mini kitchenette (minus a stove). It was close to the shopping centers too!! Great area! There's a Chili's restaurant next door - like 20 steps!!
Water pressure in the bathroom!! We also weren't able to adjust the temperature in the room.

Place was nice and clean. Services was very good and breakfast was cool but oatmeal not all that. Wish they had vegan meet options.. Room could have been bigger. It looked like it was bigger online and cost little to much i believe because of graduation at liberty.

Nice hotel, location was good and they take dogs, I travel with a small dog so it worked out good.
I could hear some outside cars noise due to being close to a busy road, but I bring ear plugs... so all was good.

My room was on the 4th floor facing the airport. The sound of passing vehicles from the highway made it nearly impossible to sleep.

We really enjoyed staying here. We brought our dog with us, and the staff was very sweet and ready with a little mini bag of goodies for our fur-baby. Everything was clean and comfy. We will definitely use book at this hotel again when needed!

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the location was fantastic. Breakfast was better than anticipated. The spinach quiche was surprisingly tasty.
The hot chocolate was put away a little early, however they did give me a packet and some hot water to make some and the toppings were still out

They allowed me to check in early which was so extremely helpful. I had a death in the family so I went down to see my daughter at liberty but I need to get some work done while she was in class. I was so appreciative of that.
The hotel is so beautifully decorated for Christmas. The hot chocolate was amazing!
The price for a dog is high, but I do appreciate you taking a dog. I love this hotel so we will definitely be back. So convenient to my daughters dorm.

the rooms are nice. the breakfast that they accommodate the guest with and the lobby if you would like to sit and talk.
they should be clear to new guest that this hotel is pet friendly. when entering my room it smelled really bad. I had to spray my room before I settled down. I’m not sure if I travel to Virginia again if I would stay there just because of the pets. I don’t live with pets so I’m thinking they are on the beds on the couches it’s makes me uncomfortable. nice hotel but the smelly room turned me off.
