very good location with a lot of bars, restaurants and shops. very comfortable, big apartment and great value for money

collecting the key from shop. in doesnt give any chance to arrive directly from airport to the appartment with public transport. in 2023 you should have smart electronic locks with passwords.

1. The property is not the issue, this whole system of how to “book” this place is madness. I don’t know which company asks you to send a picture of your ID and credit card. That’s very fraudulent, otherwise they want you to come to a location >30mins car ride away to meet them to pay. That should be explained before you book. Then they take a Securtiy deposit of £450. No one tells you that when you book, I would not ever book a property with that security deposit. 2. After a 9 hr flight you expect me you come to your office, pay a cab to go to the apartment and you think that’s where the keys are, but no! There is then another 3rd location !!! Another location to get the keys, so where do the bags go in the meantime 🤷🏽‍♀️. 3. Stayed for 7 days and 6 nights and not once was the place cleaned or linens changed. That wasn’t an option. Sorry but as great as the place itself was, I would not recommend. Wayyy to expensive and inconvenient.

The accommodation a 5 min walk away from trainstation liverpool street. Great if you land or depart on stansted airport. Many possibilities for food, drinks or just hang out! Highly recommended!

Very good accommodation! We, four of us, spent 5 nights here and enjoyed our stay in London. Spacious two bedroom flat with kitchen and a toilet. 5 adults can stay as the sofa in hall is convertible to a comfortable bed. This apartment is 2mins away from spitalfields market and 5mins walk to Liverpool station for Tube and Overground trains. Tower bridge is nearby. Apartment had all the facilities like iron, washing machine, gas stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, etc.

Locality was too noisy during weekends as the area was dotted with restaurants and pubs. As it was record heat during July 22, we had to keep windows open and hardly slept because of the noise on a friday night! No housekeeping was available throughout our stay. The mechanical door closures were too strong the doors would slam shut.

Only light-colored curtains in the bedroom, no blinds, so not at all dark on early mornings.

Good location. Very clean , Wi-Fi and facilities.

Went into the shop the code did not work had to wait for 2 hours till it worked This has been a traumatic experience.

If you see an apartment that says city stay at the end staaaaaay away. These guys are criminals, racist and homophobic, mental abusers. I had someone from their team telling me on the phone my partner is not my partner. What has my partner got to do with booking your apartment. How did it get personal, what has my relationship got to do with you. This company us sooo unprofessional it’s ridiculous. If you book their apartment they will find reasons under the moon to steal your deposit.
