Gran elección

Excelente ubicación en el centro histórico, habitaciones muy cómodas y todo muy limpio. El desayuno es correcto y justo para iniciar el día. Su personal amable y servicial, muy recomendado.

Enjoyed Lima. Fabulous food everywhere and so cheap.

Location - right in the historic centre. Clean and helpful staff

Breakfast as a bit basic and no gluten free bread (even though I did warn them) but that did mean we could enjoy our food out. Also no tea/coffee facilities in bedrooms.

Great location

Within walking distance of the historic quarter of Lima. Reception spoke really good english and were really helpful when we arrived later than expected. emailed very bluntly said they don't do gluten free option for breakfast. Our room was a typical large hotel room. everything was clean and the beds were comfy. The shower had lashings of hot water - also soap/shampoo and clean, white towels were provided. Breakfast was only OK - juice was watered down so hard to tell what it was, coffee, tea, fruit, bread, eggs as desired, tiny amount of ham & cheese (2 small squares of each).

Die Lage. Man ist sofort im Stadtzenturm Limas

Das Bett ist für zwei Personen doch etwas zu schmal. Ausserdem ist est sehr hellhörig.

Quarto muito confortável.

Por está no centro e em uma rua principal, durante a noite e o dia, muita buzina de carro e barulho na rua. Mas é um hotel bom e confortável.

Que buen hotel!!! Ubicación insuperable, a 3 cuadras del palacio de gobierno y a 4 de la San Martín

Excelente el personal, muy atentos todos. Desayuno bueno. La habitación hermosa. La cama enorme!!!!! El jacuzzi delicioso. Todo muy bien.

Solamente el indicador de piso en el ascensor no funcionaba. Aparte de eso, sin quejas

Niet om herhaling vatbaar

De kamers waren proper

De ligging absoluut slecht. Tot 2 uur ‘s nachts onmogelijk te slapen daar het gelegen is aan bus halte en verkeerslichten Ook werd vermeld daar we om 7 uur moesten vertrekken het steeds mogelijk was koffie te verkrijgen voor die tyd Toen om 6,45 ik ging vragen om koffie was het antwoord vanaf 7 uur niet eender

I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone.

All rooms faced a very busy street and was right by a busy intersection. When the light would turn green, virtually every car both right in front of the hotel and coming from the other direction immediately started honking at heir horns. That went on until about 2:00 a.m. It was impossible to sleep with the car horns, police sirens and general noise from the people at the subway stop right across the street.

View was over the city street other views of run down rooftops No free water bottles given No tea/coffee making facilities Note saying if you stain the towels you will be charged!! Extended our checkout … confirmed with staff to pay extra but returned to room were locked out had to ask reception to let us in

Amazing staff!not having Iron is bummer!!

The staff is amazing !! They are very helpful and accommodating specially the front desk I think her name is Melissa I'm sorry im.so bad in names.But I will definitely stay again and recommend it with my friends..

The only thing that bothers us a.little bit is the noise on the road because the hotel is literally in front of the main road. And they also don't have Iron for clothes,if you are staying in the hotel we expect to have iron as for the obvious reason, guests' clothes is folded in the luggage some clothes needed to be iron.when we ask they said they don't have it because some guest burn the sheets so they don't offer anymore..You can't punished all your guest because of some accidents.even air bnb place have iron or steamer.

Hotel bom, mas precisa melhorar a insonorozaçao.

Hotel novo e pessoal simpatico.

Pedimos um quarto tranquilo e nos deram um quarto virado para rua sem qualquer insonorizacao dos vidros. Muito barulho a noite. Alem disso, o quarto era abaixo da cozinha, o que incomodava um pouco.

Happy with our stay overall!

Clean room, proper hot shower and proper ventilation in the bathroom so it didn’t smell. It was in the central location.

Breakfast had a very poor selection, even the coffee was cold. The hairdryer in the bathroom wasn’t working. It’s on the main road so it was very noisy the whole time.

Overall excellent!

The room was bigger than what we expected. Love the overall design concept and the jacuzzi. Service from the staff was exceptional. Breakfast was really good and filling. Outside are affordable restaurants and cafes and stores you might just need.

It's just this one - maybe you could invest in sound proofing. The hotel is literally in the city center so you can easily hear the bustling cars and their honking even late at night. You won't sleep easily if you're a light sleeper.

We had a large sized room, comfy bed and comfy pillows. The staff were lovely, they were able to accomodate our late check in due to a rescheduled flight and arranged a taxi to wait fir us at the airport

My stay in Hotel Diamond in Lima Peru was very enjoyable because of its location and good services.

Hotel Diamond is centrally located with easy access to transportation by bus or taxis. The location of the hotel makes it easy for one to walk comfortably in all directions and also there are too many interesting site seeing attractions like the San Martin Square and the Main Square which are all connected by street "Jiron de la Union" which is by itself a very unique street with too many people going in either direction on foot. On most sections of the street no vehicles are allowed.

If I have to make another vacation trip to Peru, I will have to re-enforced my understanding of the Spanish language - the official langauge of Peru. As of now my understanding of the Spanish language is limited. However, I had a good and exciting moment in Lima.

Good

The location was ideal for seeing Central Lima and the famous squares. Many sights, shops, eateries and restaurants all within walking distance. We only stayed one night which was perfect for what we had planned. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel as well.

It is on a main street so can be a bit hectic getting a taxi to or from the hotel. Obviously expect that the busy street and central location means that general city noise is high. Breakfast was quite basic.

Good price, very comfortable, unsafe area if you take a chance.

First “hotel” after staying in hostels for 3 weeks. Was a very nice feeling opening the room to a nice bed clean bed, huge bathroom that didn’t leak for once and had great pressure and hot! Breakfast was solid and the staff were nice.

As soon we stepped the cab, a homeless man harassing us for money and even tried to take the money I was giving to the driver. Proceeded to follow us until we stepped in the hotel lobby. Did not feel safe at all.
