Great location, most attractive historical places are within a few minutes walking. Manager is working hard to meet the needs of our request. Before booking, I sent a message to the manager ask if possible to have a airport pickup at midnight. After confirmed, I booked 3 days. We arrived around 1am. Though we did not have the city view room first night as we booked, we have it on the rest of the 2 days. The manager and his wife keep the property very clean. We are very happy with staying here.

We stay from Friday to Sunday, the next door music entertainment is lively until midnight. I would be perfect had the windows can block the sound more for an early sleep.

It was overpriced, the floor was very dirty, not fresh sheets, and lots of mold on the ceiling in the room and inside the bathroom. We were in the room facing the street. There was a lot of loud music followed by lots loud street noise pretty much all night. We were exhausted after a long trip and we had ear plugs that helped a little. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for this price.

The staff were very friendly and Cesar was extremely helpful organising a taxi to the airport and providing general advice and help. The location is fantastic, right by the main square and there's shops and cafe's nearby. I arrived late at night from Europe and the shop next door selling water and snacks was open until late which was a blessing.

It was pretty cold at night, make sure you have warm night clothes!

The Hotel Plaza Mayor in Lima is very close to the Plaza de Armas. Very friendly and helpful staff, I arrived at 6am but was allowed to check in with no additional cost. I had a spacious room, good facilities (shower) and good Wi-Fi.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Lovely staff even though speak no English were very helpful and kind.
