Benvenuti in EDGBASTON. Questa casa ha 3 livelli. La cucina / sala da pranzo e soggiorno a pianta aperta si trova al piano superiore con spettacolari viste sull'oceano, sul surf, sulla spiaggia e sul faro. Questo livello presenta un mazzo con viste altrettanto spettacolari. Ci sono tre camere da letto al secondo livello: la camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale, un bagno privato, riscaldamento a ciclo inverso e aria condizionata. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale e la terza camera ha due letti singoli. C'è anche una lavanderia / bagno combinati a questo livello. Al piano terra c'è una seconda zona giorno / notte che ha un set di letti a castello e un letto singolo e una TV. Questa casa è molto rara nel combinare splendide viste pur essendo di ca. 50 metri dal Fairhaven Life Saving Club che si affaccia sulla spiaggia pattugliata di surf.

Good location to surf club property requires a deep clean and maintenance on fixtures. Property managers were great to deal with.overall disappointed for the condition of the property and the price of the accommodation per night

Perhaps my review is no different to any of the reviews before it. Place is close to the beach only real advantage. No real ocean view as its obscured by beaches. Bedrooms were really dusty. Drive way not maintained, watch for branches scratching your car. The place has real potential, it's unfortunate that it's not maintained.

Well located, seperate downstairs playroom with tv for kids and the view is something special for those who don't frequent the ocean road as you are perched above it and can see across to the lighthouse. We were treated to bird visitors (cockatoos, rosellas and currawongs) on the deck (which is compact) and even a couple of passing hangliders which we saw while making a cuppa in the kitchen. A unique property. The deck does need new flooring and pressing repair - just don't dance on it or move furniture legs or you may fall through. We certainly didn't. Decor is simple, and yes - the driveway is steep (as some reviews we saw mentioned) but with views of water out nearly every window, who cares! Thanks for letting us stay.
