Nuova casa per vacanze soleggiata in affitto a pochi minuti a piedi dalla bellissima spiaggia di Inlet, caffetterie, ristoranti e negozi. Rilassati non appena entri nella porta di questa spaziosa casa a pianta aperta con la sua cucina ben attrezzata e la dispensa, i bagni moderni e il grande ponte avvolgente.
In una tranquilla tasca di Aireys di fronte al tranquillo fiume Painkalac con splendide viste sul bush, questa casa con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni può ospitare comodamente 6 persone (2 Queen e 2 Single).
Camera matrimoniale con bagno privato e WIR, due camere da letto con BIRs, bagno di famiglia, WC separato e lavanderia. Forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, barbecue, TV e lettore DVD, aria condizionata nel soggiorno, ventilatori a soffitto in tutte le camere, grande terrazza soleggiata e doccia esterna.
Guida fino a Lorne e ai Dodici Apostoli lungo la Great Ocean Road, nuota, fai surf, pesca o kayak: è tutto a portata di mano.
L'area del ponte non ha balaustre, quindi potrebbe non essere adatta ai bambini piccoli.
ANIMALE DOMESTICO (a pagamento). C'è una zona recintata per gli animali domestici a cui si accede tramite una porta alla pecorina dalla lavanderia. BIANCHERIA NON FORNITA - SERVIZIO NOLEGGIO DISPONIBILE.

Wonderfully located, response hosts/property managers, fantastic the way the house divided into two zones, exceptionally well-stocked kitchen and generally well-appointed, comfy beds, great value for money!

Great house, very peaceful, had everything we needed. Good range of DVD's. Front bedroom gets west sun all afternoon. Lovely walking along the river, and walking distance to cafes etc. There is a very long lead out the front to tie the dog too which allows them to wander around the garden while you lie on the deck (great as there are no fences). We would return!

The perfect house in the perfect location for our family. It ticked all the boxes for location, comfort and liveability. We absolutely loved our stay at Pleasant Banks and wished it could've been longer!

What a fantastic getaway!!! The house is absolutely superb, we didn't want to leave. The house has everything you need and is in such a nice quiet spot. Highly recommended, we will definitely will be back. Thank you.
