Large home on private 14 acre redwood meadow
Questa proprietà si trova nella fascia delle banane di Gualala, in California. dove il tempo è quasi sempre caldo e soleggiato anche se gran parte della costa è coperta di nebbia, ma è a pochi minuti dal fiume e dalla spiaggia. Mentre guidi lungo il vialetto privato, questa grande casa si trova maestosamente in un sereno prato di sequoie con un bellissimo ponte e un giardino.
La casa è spaziosa e ha una grande cucina con una nuova stufa commerciale e splendidi ripiani in granito. La sala da pranzo può ospitare grandi gruppi per pasti memorabili con la famiglia e gli amici. Il soggiorno ha soffitti a volta, con scale che conducono ad un ampio soppalco. (Considerato 2 delle camere da letto) Il soppalco è separato da un muro parziale e ha 2 nuovi letti Queen su ogni lato. Oltre al soppalco, c'è una camera matrimoniale con un letto matrimoniale e bagno privato. Godetevi grigliate sul ponte di grandi dimensioni e godetevi lo splendido prato e giardini. C'è la TV via cavo e la connessione wi-fi in casa.
Nota: l'unica fonte di calore per questa proprietà è una stufa a legna. Legno situato nella tettoia dietro la casa.

This property was beautiful. It’s in the redwoods with the ocean about 5 miles away. We stayed there for our grandson‘s wedding and it was a perfect place and location. The only thing that surprised us is that there really aren’t three bedrooms. There is one bedroom with a king bed downstairs and then there are lofts upstairs. The lofts do have a wall between them with two queens on each side, but they are open to each other and open to the ground floor. The host was very generous and allowed us an early check-in and a late check out and answered all the questions I had. She was very helpful and very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This place was beautiful! Perfect place for a long weekend with family. We loved the quiet, the redwoods look amazing as the mist burns off in the sun every morning, and it's always a great experience to sit in front of a wood stove at night. Highly recommended to anybody looking for a place to stay in the area.

We loved our quiet retreat here before Thanksgiving. The house is clean and spacious, the kitchen is amazing, and the kids loved learning how to make and tend to a wood fire in the stove. We explored the coast and the beach, enjoyed the town of Gualala and my favorite--we foraged for mushrooms and cooked a delicious chanterelle stew with our finds. I'd recommend this place to a family or group.

There was no kindling, newspaper or fire starters provided and nothing in the listing said we needed to bring those items. Some firewood was provided by the wood burning stove but not enough for 3 days during the winter. The listing said there was firewood in the shed by the stove but it was empty. The ax was dull and couldn’t cut wood.Many of the lightbulbs were burned out including the majority of the overhead lightsThe interior was clean but the deck had lots of bird poop on the tables (gross) and floor that had not been cleaned up, in fact a tablecloth was put on top of one that already had poop on it!
