Great location not luxe but a good value and lots of space for the mendo area.
Bathroom is a bit cramped and outdated but it works.

The location is perfect. You can walk down to the Mendocino Headlands and witness the beauty and power of the bluffs and the Pacific Ocean. You can easily walk into town for dining and window shopping.

Location, spaciousness, light
The bathroom was very small, the shower tiny and uncomfortable
The mattress was ok but the base is a cheap metal frame and it rattled whenever we moved

Location is excellent and includes convenient, safe parking. I liked having clean accommodations, a kitchen and table for eating, a comfortable bed, and adequate seating. The grounds were also enjoyable.
I did not enjoy having one outlet to run the toaster, the microwave, and the electric kettle. It was also impossible to ignore the dirty windows.
