Ottimo posto in una delle parti migliori di Anchorage! Restaurato duplex storico nel cuore del centro. Questa casa adorabile e ben arredata si trova a pochi passi dal New City Market Sagaya e dalla Fire Island Bakery, a pochi passi dal museo, dai negozi e dal sentiero costiero. Parcheggio fuori strada con duplex, due camere da letto, pavimenti in legno, lavatrice, asciugatrice, ferro da stiro, asciugacapelli, tende isolanti, internet e televisione via cavo.

Nice place to stay. Very clean, plenty of beds. Fully capable kitchen with k-cup and microwave. Close to downtown. Full size washer/dryer were utilized and worked great. You will have to climb stairs for laundry and for bedrooms. Recommended!

It was okay. Not exactly as expected. The VRBO rental is part of a whole house. In the basement there is a common laundry room shared with the other side. The second bathroom is in the basement and simply a shower attached to the wall with a curtain for privacy, and the drain (in floor of basement) about 10 ft away, with a wooden mat. Could hear other tenant through living room wall. Front door in picture is entrance for "other" tenant. Nice house, good location to downtown.Would give 3.5 stars if possible; 3 seems harsh, and 4 too high (flipped a coin).
