Appartamento privato con ingresso indipendente, bagno e cucina. Ospita comodamente quattro persone. Dotato di un vero letto e di un divano letto futon Ikea full size. LO SPAZIO DELL'EDILIZIA E DELL'APPARTAMENTO È MOLTO PULITO. Ristrutturato aperto una camera da letto al 2 ° piano, finestre a cinque piedi, MOLTA LUCE SOLARE NATURALE. Ospiterà quattro persone. Situato in una tranquilla strada alberata e sicura nella storica Harlem. Permuta facilmente ovunque a New York City.

Great location in Harlem, one block from the subway. I have stayed in this building many times and Patrick has always been a very responsive host. Would recommend!

Overall good experience. Only drawback is lack of natural lighting on the sitting/eating area.Definitely would stay here again.

We stayed in the apartment for a week. The bathroom curtain had mold and the shower barely sprays. The beds are not comfortable. We just dealt with it. However, one night there was a lot of screaming in the apartment next door, lots of cursing and fighting, the whole situation was uncontrollable and scary. It’s really not a good area if you are traveling with kids. My bad for not checking the address, this apartment is in Harlem.
