It is just one room, with a BIG bathroom, but it was perfect and comfortable. Very quiet and great location. It has nowhere to hang clothes, but other than that, it was fantastic.

This is good place to call Home when visiting NYC. Being close to the 2&3 trains made travelling so easy. We were comfortable and enjoyed Patricks and Patricias hospitality.
