Breakfast was great, staff was awesome, beds were comfy, not so much the pillows, 1st night was great, 2nd not so much, children or lots bosses above us, slamming and banging at night until after 9/10 and then 1st thing next morning before 7 am, so loud startled me awake. The jacuzzi was also great
Overall a good stay just not as peaceful as we would of liked, this was our relaxation vacation n being woke up before 7 sucked!!!!!

All of the staff were absolutely magnificent! The staff were warm, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area!
Special shout out to Pete and Dawn!
The only issue we had throughout the whole stay were our room doors/keys -- the doors on fourth floor kept getting stuck, as in unable to open even with a green light. Luckily the staff was so friendly it just gave us another opportunity to engage with them when we got our keys replaced and stuff like that.

Rooms were large, updated and clean. Bathroom was outstanding.

Friendly staff, specially the 2 ladies last Sunday and Monday
1. The shower was clogged from the time we arrived. Water won’t go down and was halfway up our feet.
2. On the second night, there were heavy footsteps on the floor above us.
For both issues, we didn’t notify the staff anymore because it was past midnight.
3. Food tasted like cardboard so we didn’t take our breakfast there anymore on our last day.
