The staff was wonderful

The location was good to walk to restaurants. Parking in the Village is difficult and expensive.
I wish the indoor pool was warmer. The hot tub and outdoor pool were great. The grounds were well maintained and the buffet breakfast was good. The toilet was unusually small.

Pool was fantastic, all games around the pool was wonderful, I myself enjoyed Shuffleboard, indoor pool, gym, Enjoyed the buffet for breakfast, delightfull dinners and of coarse the Jacuzzi ! Also the performance of the Hairdresser play was absolutely hilarious, This Holliday Inn thought of everything!!! Enjoyed it so much we extended our stay !
All hand sanitizer stations were empty, and I do mean ALL ! the Shuffle board pad needs work ! the crease on the slab is cracked, causing the disk to flop in air, not making it to the scoring section !

Our room was dirty, the bed sheets were dirty. we spoke to the front desk staff and they moved us to another room, where it was dusty, the sink faucet leaked and the toilet was rocky when yo sat on it as it was shimmered up with a piece of floor tile. The room was very over priced for what it offered.

The common areas needed staff members to regularly check them and remove trash and towels that other guest left behind.
