The hotel was very well maintained and the front desk employee Raquel was very friendly and efficient.
The outside ground light made our room like it was daylight with only a shade and no curtains to pull across. It was hard to sleep because the room was so bright.

Everything was sooo updated and clean! Breakfast was good.
During breakfast time on both days, there was a creepy guy sitting and watching. He was dressed all in black with gold chains. Played on his phone. Made people feel uneasy. If he was suppose to be a greeter, no smile and didn’t talk. Or was he a strange guest?!

Location...but didn't help we requested early check in ..no one got back with us . We arrived at 2pm ..check in is at 3pm . We had a event we came in for and we didnt get checked in until 430pm . So we were late for our event . The front desk wasn't much help .
