The breakfast was very good—lots of choices. The grandkids enjoyed the pool a lot! Every staff member that we came into contact with was very friendly and helpful.

The gentry checked us is was very friendly and helpful. The room was large, clean and the bed and comforter were very comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Weekend getaway. Only down side, we didn't like the cleaning products in use at the property. They have an unpleasant smell. Otherwise, we enjoyed the stay and the area.

It wasnt great. Check in took us about 15-20 min even though we were there an hour after check in. Guy at the front desk kept talking to workers to go through our room. Telling them the guest was here. Bed wasnt made. Stains all over sofa. Shower was dirty with hair in it. Breakfast the following morning, wife found 3 different beard hairs. On embedded in her eggs, the other 2 embedded in a sausage patty... disgusting honestly.

Surprised at the size of our suite. Very convenient to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room.

This property is meticulously clean, and the room was comfortable. There was a decent selection of cable channels with good reception and a quality television. I reserved room 104 with the hot tub and it worked flawlessly with good water pressure and sufficient hot water. The pool was very clean and it is heated to about the perfect temperature. The only complaint I have is with the fitness center being closed without any notation on the website or any remarks by the staff at check-in. Also, the hotels website displays a spa tub that no longer exist. The property should update it photographs to remove this image. The property is next to a busy interstate and highway, so there was road noise all night long. This did not bother me because I am a sound sleeper. However, it may be enough to bother some who are light sleepers. The front desk lady was extremely polite and efficient. The breakfast had a small selection, but there were eggs and bacon along with the normal carbs. I would definitely stay here again even with the few very minor issues.

Bedding was nice and comfortable. This is an old hotel and shows it. Needs a restoration.

Checkin was a breeze, very clean hotel, quite location, first time stay a LaQuinta, and very pleased.

We stay here every time we visit our daughter in Bloomington. It is an easy drive, and it’s a pretty drive to Bloomington. Many restaurants are in the area, but you will probably want to drive unless you go to the Mexican restaurant across the highway. That food is good, but Columbus has way more to offer. We will continue to stay here, impart, because it’s inexpensive, clean, and easy to stay.

This was the nicest La Quinta with the kindest and most attentive desk clerk we’ve experienced. The hotel was clean, as were the grounds, which we don’t always experience.

No hot tub as pictured on the hotel's website and hotels.com. I choose this place for the hot tub and pool. The pool was freezing and not enjoyable. There was garbage in the room and food under the sofa. The family I was with could open my room with their key card and they found a condom wrapper in the room. Room did not have enough toilet paper or toiletries for our stay. The breakfast was great and staff were friendly, however I would not recommend and will not come back.

Pool was freezing. Hottub was covered by an indoor porch, even tho it's shown in pics. Dirty linens on pullout sofa bed, clean linens were in the closet tho. Condom wrapper found on the floor between bed and side table. My key card could open my friends door on another floor. I had the do not disturb sign up but still had a maid enter my room. For the price i paid, i should have had a 5 star review, not a 1 star. Do not recommend. Hotels.com said they could cancel my reservation and expected me to leave at 10pm with kids in tow to find another hotel.

The front desk receptionist first gave me the wrong room after i took everything to the room and then i had to take everything back down. She said they didn't have the room I reserved. She was aware i had family i was visiting and needed a living area to accommodate everyone visiting. She offered a 2 bedroom with a upgrade fee, ugh no! Then a maintenence man asked for keys and went to a room and said my room was clean and available. The sink was cracked. The bathtub looked old. The bedding was made in a rush...im not sure if my room was really clean. The maids where still cleaning rooms at 4pm when i checked in. Night shift didn't show up, they are short staffed. Breakfast was sad. The gravy was in a crick pot that looked like it was cooked over night. It was all brown and crusty around the edges and wasn't even hot. No salt and pepper. The hottub isn't available anymore which isn't noted. Overall, I'm really disappointed with this stay. I would not recommend it.

Hotel was wonderful. Only issue was the exterior of the building did not have an easily seen sign saying LaQuinta (at least not easily seen in the pouring rain at night). Front desk was very friendly and efficient. Room was immaculate.

Overall a pleasant night's stay with complimentary drinks in the bar when we arrived. Both the pool and exercise areas were closed for renovations, although there was no activity in those areas. I like to use those things, andis one of the criteria for choosing a hotel.

Parking was NOT good. Seriously, 22 spaces for 200 rooms? Otherwise, nice hotel.

I was not greeted well. The women that checked me in pointed out that I used Expedia, not the website to make my reservation. The room smelled very bad and the sheets smelled like cigarette smoke. My room was not cleaned the next day. I called the desk upon returning and was told I was supposed to inform the front desk upon check in. I was not told that during check in. Then I had to go to the front desk to get clean towels. Then very loud music was playing. I called the front desk after 1030p. I was told there was a party that would close down at midnight. It was after 1am when it finally turned quiet. I was very displeased.

Room was clean, bed was comfy and supplies were readily available. The indoor pool was warm but could have been a little cleaner, I saw many particulates floating in the water. Our room's toilet plugged up every time we had a bowel movement, poor velocity to the flush mechanism.

we like this property. we have come there every year for our anniversary. But because of mine having stage 4 cancer it has been hard.This was probably the last visit.it was great. And close enough to brown county. and antique stores great place.

We made our plans based on checking in at the posted time of 3:00. Our room was not ready until 3:40. Also, never an apology from the desk clerk.

Did not realize that dogs were allowed in all rooms. Had an allergic reaction the first day. If animals are allowed they shouldn't be allowed throughout the hotel. They should have separate rooms and areas for dogs.

The room was clean and very comfortable. It was really nice to have convenience of mini fridge, microwave and of course most importantly coffee. It was easy to find the hotel because it was right off the interstate! Also the price was great!

Nice, clean, newer hotel. Hot tub room was great and had plenty of hot water to fill it up!! Beds are just okay, but my husband and I slept fine and have no complaints.

The internet access was not good at all I wasn’t able to use the internet

Had a wonderful experience staying in this updated, clean and welcoming hotel! Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable! The included breakfast was very good, with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy and a waffle iron station, along with fruit, yogurt, bakery items, cereal and two types of juice. Coffee was delicious! Nice pool, exercise room. Everything you could possibly want!

Really clean, and hotel staff is very friendly. The only complaint we had, is that the bathroom faucet didn't extend out far enough, and when you wash your hands they are constantly touching the back and or edge of the sink. Definitely would be more sanitary if they would switch it to a different fixture.
