The staff or greeter at the front desk was the most unfriendly hotel/motel representative I have ever come across. I checked in with my 17 year old daughter and her 2 friends for her 17th birthday wknd, and was asked 3 times in the span of about 5 minutes if I was sure that I would be staying there the whole time. After I got tired of Answering the same question 2 other times - I finally asked her where she thought I was going to go? I honestly did not appreciate the accusation that I would leave my daughter unattended and the repetitive questioning from the staff member. I honestly would have canceled and went down the road to the nicer hotel for a few more dollars had I been able to get my money back. She made me feel unwelcomed and as if I were intruding even though I am a lifetime resident of NJ.

Have stayed there before.
Location very good to almost all shops and restaurants.
Most everything in walking distance.
Refrigerator did not get cold until morning which was a bit odd and I had items to put in it.
Would be concerned in future if 8 pm is the latest for late check in.

The location was great.
No elevator or lift. We were on the 3rd floor and it was a chore to carry heavy suitcases up 2 flights of stairs. We saw at least 4 people with mobility issues having to navigate the stairs to 2nd and 3rd floor.

Wi-Fi couldn't stream video the first night.
Accommodations were somewhere between a Motel 6 and a Days Inn at quadruple the price.

Very few amenities. Floor was sandy. There was no real good view of the ocean.

Its right in front of the beach. Closed by everything you need and walking distance to the center of the town. Location is a major plus.
The cleaning services is on you. I understand due to COVID things changed, but it appears that mask are not necessary or used in cape may, so why is cleaning the room a concerns. We weren't there most of the day, so no contact would have been made.

Location but hotel was horrible
The owner was so nasty and rude the minute I walked in the door .. she was nasty to me the entire time I was there… I will never stay here again. The bed mattress were horrible too. Do not stay at this hotel
