Perfect location, close to the beach, free parking.
Unfortunately the side window was leaking in the heavy rain and all my stuff got wet overnight which I left under that window.

Very quaint historic building.
More bath towels, heat and air should be controlled by individual unit. Dehumidifier needed in rooms

The location is central, this made is great to walk to the beach, restaurants, & the mall area. We arrived early & were given a parking permit so we did not have to park on the street.
We really have no complaints.

Room was very clean! Shower was very nice.
Room had a very bad musty smell. Decor could have been a little more inviting. Would have appreciated a bigger TV with high def. Would have expected more for the price we paid!
