I loved this place! The interior design was top notch: a like-new renovation with great style. Loved the surf theme. Great open bathroom, modern TV and appliances, cool retro fridge, loved the mirrors and crisp cleanliness of the linens. I also appreciated the simple checkin/checkout and not having to interact with anyone if I didn't need to.

I'm sure everyone will remark that the parking spots are comically narrow. Not much you can do about that. It's also a little confusing when you first arrive if the spots are reserved for a particular rooms (they're not).

I think the pet fee was excessive..

We really enjoyed our stay at the boarding house. There was no check-in/check-out process, instead, we received a code to the door and could enter the room after the check-in time, which was very convenient. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The bed was gigantic and comfortable, the bathroom had everything we needed. The room provided bath robes, fridge, delicious pour-over coffee, hair dryer, and even drying station for bath suits! Everything in the room was new and fresh! We also had a parking space.
