The location and distance to Disneyland was amazing and can still be walked under 15 min when you think you can’t walk anymore.
They are very responsive to anything that pops up or questions.
The only thing was finding it. It was a little confusing at first and most of the signs are faded but once we figured it out it was great.

My family and I needed more space than a hotel room for our Disney vacation and we came across Funtierland. Not only where they cheaper than a hotel but the amenities were fantastic. Multiple bathrooms, full laundry room, cribs, strollers, etc. The folks there paid attention to every detail and made sure to tailor their unit to traveling families. We would definitively stay with them again.

This was a great little property close to Disney the only issue we had was the air conditioner isn’t balanced properly so the master bedroom was pretty warm and the kids room was just way too cold. Overall I would stay again.

We absolutely loved our nine night stay at Arendelle through Funtierland. Upon arrival we noticed it was meticulously clean. Probably the cleanest and well-kept rental we have ever used. Our three kids (11, 10, 7) all fit in the second bedroom, as the bunkbeds are huge. We appreciated the large couch, and the small kitchen did not cause us an issue. The owner stayed in contact with us throughout the week to make sure everything was running smoothly. My kids loved the large pool and especially loved the 8 foot deep section. The pool was usually empty or had just a few neighbors swimming. The walk to Disneyland was not bad at all. Totally doable in the July heat, even coming back mid day for a break. Sometimes we took the tram from Downtown Disney back to the Disney parking garage, and that made the walk back at night quicker. I 100% recommend this rental and would definitely stay here again!

My family and I stayed here for our Disney trip and are so happy with our stay. It was just across from Disney which was a perk for getting to and from the park. We were able to park our car in the garage which was great and made us feel secure knowing our car was safe. The master bedroom was a great size and the bed was super comfortable! I would definitely stay here again.

The location is great but the main reason I wanted to stay at your rental was because we had 5 adults so I was under the impression we booked a spot with two showers. The listing on VRBO states 2 bathrooms and the pictures show a "guest" bathroom. I was disappointed to get there and find it only had one shower. Truly making it 1.5 baths. We made it work, but it wasn't what we had planned for. Also, there were no extra blankets or linens for making an extra sleeping spot or for those of us who sleep with extra blankets. The listing states able to sleep 7. As far as cleanliness, I would say it was clean in the bathroom but the kitchen sink has a rotten smell coming from it when the water runs. I'm not sure if it's from sitting or if something is in the disposal. And there was food on the floor in the kitchen. It appears that the unit is well worn with lots of paint patch spots, the bathroom towel fixture next to the shower is nonfunctional because it's falling of the wall and the carpets are dirty or just worn down from traffic. I don't want to sound negative. I think these are all fixable things that just need attention to make the stay for the next person more pleasant. I have stayed in another unit in the same complex, listed also by you, so I was surprised to by these concerns.

We enjoyed our stay at this Frozen-themed property! The amenities for young kids were great. Crib, strollers, toys, high chair, etc. Worked great for our family of young kids! The listing mentions you can easily hop on the tram to hitch a ride to the front gates of the parks. We found this to be somewhat misleading. We found one way to get to the tram but it required carrying our stroller up stairs (no elevator) and was not marked clearly. We ended up walking to the gates instead, which was about 15-20 from the property to the parks, which worked out fine. Overall, a good experience!

This property had everything we needed. One thing we really wish we had known was to get on the monorail in downtown Disney. It cuts your walk in half at least! Otherwise it is a good 20-25 minute walk one way. It’s not the end of the world, but hard to do after all day in the park. Otherwise, great place and good AC.

This particular unit has a nice layout and well furnished. Perfect for my family of 5. It also comes with a detached garage which seems uncommon. The host is easy to get hold of. Will definitely consider staying here again.

This particular unit has a nice layout and well furnished. Perfect for my family of 5. It also comes with a detached garage which seems uncommon. The host is easy to get hold of. As always, we enjoyed our trip to Disney. The interior of the condo is as described - tastefully decorated in a Frozen theme. My daughter loved it. Super cute, and clean. The condo complex itself though is not very well maintained. Upon arrival, we had difficulty locating the unit, as it was behind another building (it was on me for forgetting the walking map provided)...however, we arrived at dusk, and had to walk down an alley way that was less than appropriately lit. Also, I called in to state I was having difficulty finding the unit, and received less than stellar service. I was informed a map was sent upfront - when I indicated I didn't have it, it was greeted with disgust. I was informed that the map would be texted to me momentarily. Well, I am now home, 3,000 miles away...4 days later, and I am still waiting for that text...

What I can’t tolerate is having to take my 14 year old to the er for a concussion because the couch is placed directly under the countertop outcropping. What I can’t handle is coming In and seeing tiny red ants in every item of food we purchased including sealed peanut butter, wrapped up donuts, chips, and a basket of grapes. If you are going to have a sectional, it would probably be a good idea to either, 1. Not place it directly under the granite countertop, or 2. Cut away that portion of the overhang. You don’t come on vacation to spend your time and money in the er, and to then have one of your kids have an experience dealing with the after-effects of a concussion.

Great Price for clean place
This property was very clean and comfortable for our family. The bed was nice and shower was updated and clean. Very close walk to Disneyland and you don’t have to deal with parking. Would stay here again. 😊

We stayed 7 days at Arendelle. This was our 3rd time in Funtierland Rentals but first time at Arendelle. We chose it because of the amazing distance from disneyland. Can't beat a 10 minute walk. We didn't spend too much time other than sleeping in the rental as we were mostly in Disneyland. But we did notice a few things: The patio screen door was broken, there were stains on the upstairs carpet, the overall look really needed a face lift, the kitchen had ants one day but then they went away, the vegetable tray on the bottom of the fridge was broken and wouldn't open at first but we fixed it, the coffee table has a lot of damage to the top which made the room look run down, there was no smoke alarm in the master bedroom (safety), the umbrellas in the closet were covered in laundry soap. As I said, since we were only there to sleep, these issues weren't too big of a deal. The rental location is great and the neighbors were not loud. I will come back to Funtierland Rentals for sure but may choose another besides Arendelle if possible.

Honestly this place was more than I was expecting. They tried to think of everything when trying to vacation with a family. They provide strollers, cribs, bunks, toys, bath products, etc. The only thing that was missing was coffee!!! Keep in mind the crib they provide is basically in a closet and you can't take it out. Essentially your baby will be sleeping in a closet... just keep the door open. They provide a washer dryer + detergent and a garage for you to park in. All in all, we would stay here again.

This was a great location for families visiting Disneyland. You can walk for 5min to the Mickey and Friends Tram, or walk to downtown Disney and take the monorail. This made it great for afternoon breaks from the park. There is also plenty of amenities within a short distance. That being said, the unit could use a little love. The kitchen is old and has been painted but you can tell it needs an update, coffee table has water damage and is peeling, and carpet are so dirty you can see black track marks up the stairs. My daughter and I also stayed in the master room and found numerous bugs in the room. We are unsure if they were termites or winged ants, but they bit and my daughter had welts on her legs. The air conditioning is pretty much non existent in the master, and I would never place my child in the crib in that room as there is no air circulation. Overall, the location was great, the condo had everything we needed but could use a refresh, and a few fixes. I would recommend the location to friends and family but advise to look to other units.

Home was clean and fully equipped with the things you will need to make your stay easy. The building is being remodeled around so will be nice to see the surrounding areas updated like the condo was. Beds are super comfortable and the AC is cold! Kids loved the bunk beds.

Hot, but close to Disneyland
It was a hot few days at Disneyland (in the 90's) and this condo had trouble staying cool upstairs (where the bedrooms are located). Setting the AC to 67 made it very cold downstairs, but we were sweating upstairs. This made it difficult to have younger kids take their mid-day nap. The upstairs finally cooled off around 3am, and then we were freezing cold. There were numerous box fans provided by the owner, but they didn't help too much.
It was nice being able to walk to Disneyland. Crossing Walnut Street is a bit difficult when you have a stroller and no crosswalk. The Disneyland parking garage is right across the street and you can get on the tram easily (or just walk another 20 minutes through Downtown Disney to the park entrance). Just make sure you use the sidewalk on the right hand side of the street since the left one dead ends.
The owner put a lot of attention to detail when decorating (everything is Disney themed), which we loved. They were also excellent at communicating with us via text message and sent a repair person to fix the bunkbed ladder right away. There were also two strollers for us to use, but we brought our own since we have twins. The property shares a wall with a permanent neighbor, who we met and were extremely friendly.
The pool and playscape area (which influenced our decision to rent here) were not utilized because we were so tired from 9-11 miles of walking at Disneyland each day.
Given how uncomfortable our nights were with the lack of AC upstairs and combined with how much money I already spent with the trip to California/Disney for a family of five, next time I'll just book a hotel nearby.

Way better than a hotel!!
This rental was well equipped with everything you could possibly need while on vacation.
The location to Disneyland was great, at best was a 5-7 min walk to Downtown Disney.
Beds were cozy and comfortable, shower had great pressure, it was all very clean!
The Disney themed kitchen items were fun, the entire theme of the rental was very tasteful!
The worst part was when we had to leave!
Would definitely stay again!

Comfy Beds -Walk To Disney
The best part of the condo - Location. Walk to Disney. The walk felt longish to me with a bad hip...but unless you stay in a Disney hotel this is the closest you can get! Besides...you will be walking 10 miles a day in Disneyland, so if this 10-minute walk is too long you should maybe reconsider your Disney plans. Even if you park at Disney, the walk from the parking lot is this long! So that was really nice.
2nd Best: the super comfy beds. I have back and hip issues and I felt like I was at home, slept like a baby.
An additional perk...It is actually a King in the Master, a Queen on the bottom bunk, and a full on the top bunk. I think the posting listed them each as a size smaller than they actually were, so that was a pleasant surprise.
Yes-as others have mentioned there are insignificant little imperfections with the condo having to do with age, but nothing worth mentioning in my opinion. It had everything we needed + more.
The only reason I didn't feel right giving a 5-star review is that there was some cleaning that was missed and obvious, but I know that is an inevitable mistake. Overall it smelled and looked super clean and we were very pleased with our stay. We would definitely book here again!

Location is excellent, across the street from the Disneyland hotel. A 10 min walk and you are at the entrance to the parks. The property is in good condition, the upstairs bathroom is very small. This is the bathroom used by both bedrooms. The vanity is extremely small so difficult to have adults and kids using that in the mornings to get ready. Only other bathroom is downstairs. The pool is unheated so March thru May visits be prepared for a cold pool. Otherwise everything was very good, the home is well stocked with everything you need.

We loved our stay at Arendelle! The location is unbeatable. We have 7 & 9 year old girls who had no problem walking to and from the parks, door to gate with little legs it took us ~15 minutes. Security on this side of the park is much quicker which is an added bonus. The unit itself was very clean, comfortable and super cute. My kids loved their bedroom with the bunks. There are plenty of grocery stores within a short drive and lots of eating out options in downtown Disney. Funtierland sent out a nice map a couple of weeks before our trip with groceries/fuel etc listed. We drove to Newport area for a beach day, the unit has beach toys/towels/chairs to use which was great. From this unit it took us about 30 minutes to get to Balboa Beach which is a super clean and beautiful area and not too busy, highly recommend! Lastly, the manager is reachable via text and reached out with a quick text upon arrival, once during our stay to ensure things were going well and the day prior to departure. She was responsive to my queries and absolutely accommodating. A pleasure to work with. I would absolutely recommend this unit.

This place met our needs perfectly. It's close enough to Disneyland that we could come back for breaks and return in the evenings as suited the needs of our different generations. It's cut but not fancy and had everything we needed including a stroller which was great not to have to bring. When I couldn't find the air mattress on the first night (my own fault) the owner was incredibly responsive and helpful.

No insulation in the master bed room made it hot in the day and ice cold at night. The kids room was too hot at night due to furnace blasting in there. The tv downstairs was old and did not have netflix. Did not attempt to use upstairs TVs, would have rather a newer one downstairs. A simple list of channel numbers for popular ones like Disney or HGTV would have been nice.

Location was fantastic! Unit needs a lot of upkeep. Washer has a rust hole, carpets were dirty, couch quite stained, cracked tiles, RO water doesn’t work, and worst of all both my husband and I racked our leg on the master bed footboard just walking around the bed (I got a huge bruise on my right thigh)
