The location of this condo is as good as it gets at Keystone, but there's still a fair amount of "commute" to get to the ski hill. The condo itself was clean, and communication with the property manager was good. The kitchen amenities were far less than excellent: worn out/misshapen pans, no oil, no salt, no leftover containers, plan on bringing everything yourself. This condo sleeps six, and there are linens for six beds. But nowhere to store them. They were all stuffed into the small closet such that the closet was unusable. The biggest problem is that this building was virtually empty when we visited in early January, but we had insufficient hot water multiple days. Lukewarm water only on Sunday morning, and enough hot water for one VERY quick shower at 4:00 a couple of afternoons. Management surmised it was due to heavy demand, which seems impossible given the emptiness of the building and garage. I wouldn't be inclined to stay at this condo again.

What a gem!! Great communication from the property manager and easy to follow check-in instructions! So stinking close to the lift, we are spoiled now and can’t go back to getting on a bus with all your gear! The unit was as advertised and very clean. The unit was a little small for two adults and one child but we made it work. Overall, five stars and we’d stay again.

Our initial impressions were not great. I didn't realize that there was a north/south side of the Red Hawk Property. Thankfully we were on the south side of the north end. The one thing that would improve this property would be the lighting. After skiing in bright sunlight coming back to a dark place left an impression. For the 3 of us it was the right size and the right location. The fireplace was intermittent - sometimes it worked and sometimes not. These are just suggested improvements. I grateful to be able to stay in a place like this.

Great location and room. Only issue was the pull out couch was broken so we had 2 less sleeping spots than were promised and the couch was also not comfortable due to this. Communication was good but unfortunately it didn’t do us any good for our stay.

Great location and price for skiing Keystone. Bummer there is A LOT of construction going on that is slightly annoying. The condo was fine for a 3-day ski get-away with a Dad and 2 older sons. May not have been as acceptable to mom given a few of the condo aspects need to be updated (pull-out bed, fan in master bath, limited shelving in kitchen). Overall though, I would stay here again as we had a great time and none of the condo stuff was that big a deal. Condo property, spa, garage, other ammenities and the property staff was all great. The owner of this property was very easy to deal with as well. Again, can't beat for the location and price.

Great location at Keystione.
Unit is in a great location near gondola at Keystone. Ski locker room near entrance with room for our 4 skis and poles. Garage parking was bonus. Had some issues with the keycards at checkin and keys stopped working after 1st day but support addressed quickly. We would definitely stay again

The property was clean, roomy, well kept and the heated garage parking was great for arrival and departure. It is located at the base of the gondola for convenient mountain access during our trip. We would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again.

Perfect skiing condo
Great property and great communication with owner. Received all necessary check-in information in advance and was able to move dates with ease thanks to owner's communication. Place is literally a few hundred feet from the base of the Gondola lift. Hot tubs and pools were wonderful even in winter. Condo ran a bit warm for some reason but was able to remedy it with the provided fans and by opening the windows. Fantastic stay, will return.

It was a bit smaller than expected as the listing said it could sleep 6 people. While this is technically true since there was a bedroom, murphy bed and fold out couch in living room, however there was not much room for anything else.

Condo was perfect and location was even better. It was perfect for out kids in ski school and for us to go out on the town afterwards. Condo was in great shape and had everything we needed for family of four. Would book this place again for sure. Thanks again!

Good stay
We have stayed in keystone many times but this was a first at Red Hawk. It was a good stay. It met our needs. The room was very warm even with the heat turned all the way down. We did contact the property manager but there was no response for two days. By that time we were leaving so we didn't want to do anything different. The condo was clean and met its purpose. Thanks

Great holiday in Keystone!
We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was as described and it was quiet even during the peak holiday time. The condo was well stocked with linens, kitchen utensils, and consumables for our 8 night stay. The location is great - just a short walk to the gondola and village. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Condo & Perfect Location
My family & I stayed in this wonderful condo for a long term summer/fall stay. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. The building was quiet with minimal traffic. The beds & couch are very comfortable. Perfect location all year round for outdoor activities. The pool & workout room are an added bonus. The owner was also very quick to reply when we had concerns.

Finally , the owner called me , was very nice and gave me the codes to open the little lick box and get my key cards. Not fun, after a day of travel and a trip to the grocery store. I kept checking the Vrbo app fir check in instructions that never came.
Place worked very well, short walk to river run chair, skiing was fun. The Murphy bed was comfortable. The couch cushions are shot, not comfortable to sit on.
One sink in master needs faucets and drain attended to.
