Black Bear 8043 is the family ski trip, simplified: sleep six just a 2-minute walk from the River Run Gondola, with the whole village as your front yard.

WHAT YOU'LL LOVE
- 2-minute walk to the River Run Gondola
- King bedroom, queen guest room & a sofa sleeper
- Cozy stone fireplace for apres evenings
- Balcony overlooking the village and slopes
- Shared hot tubs, sauna, fitness room & pool access
- Elevator access - easy with kids and gear

No shuttles, no schlepping: drop skis in the storage room, ride the elevator up, and you're home. Parents take the primary bedroom with its glass-shower bath, kids get the guest room with its own TV, and the sofa sleeper covers extra friends. The farmhouse table with its bench seat was made for family dinners and card games.

Mornings are pancakes at the granite breakfast bar, then a short stroll to the gondola. Afternoons, watch skiers stream past from your balcony, warm up by the stone fireplace, or head down for a soak in the shared hot tubs and a sauna session. The village playground, mini golf, and skating rink keep non-ski hours full.

For a stay where everything is steps away, book Black Bear 8043 and make River Run your family's winter tradition.

One vehicle can be parked free in the building's shared parking garage.
