Questa due camere da letto, due bagni casa sulla spiaggia è stato rinnovato nel 2011, tre anni dopo l'uragano Ike è approdato a Galveston. La casa è perfetta per una piccola famiglia, animali domestici con un grande involucro intorno alla piattaforma. Situato a Palm Beach, un miglio a piedi o in auto da Galveston Island State Park, e 7 miglia a Walmart, Moody Gardens e Schlitterbahn.
Prendere passeggiate al tramonto sulla spiaggia privata e pulita dove non sono ammessi i veicoli. We had a nice time and especially appreciated the beach views and super close proximity to the beach. There were a number of issues however: the key code provided was incorrect and we had to call for the right number. The “bunk room” did not have three twin beds as advertised— only one twin with a trundle and was not even a proper room as it had no door. The light in that “room” would not turn on without also turning on the fan at high speed. The microwave started sparking when we turned it on, creating a fire hazard. The main front burner of the stove did not work, and there was no toaster oven despite the check out instructions saying to unplug the toaster oven. While the house was clean, it smelled somewhat of pesticide throughout.
We had a good time at the beach despite all of these unexpected findings.

This was a comfortable rental with a great location at a good price. The owners were very nice. Another great Galveston memory for our family!

I’ve written about this property several times so I’ll make this one brief. The proximity to the water, the cleanliness and home like feel of the property and the the host’s hospitality always make this trip a must to begin our fall. This is our 4th year staying at Palm Beach and we always come away with smiles on our faces and slight sunburns. Highly recommend for families with little kids as proximity to the beach makes for an easy walk and a quick trip back to the house for diaper blow outs or to grab a quick snack. We plan to make next year, year number five here!

The house was great with wonderful views of the beach. Very close to the ocean and it took us about 45 seconds to get to the sand. The house is suited for a small family. Washer and Dryer are located in the hallway and you definitely need to run the laundry during the day as it will be too loud at night. TV & internet service was great. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay very much. Communication with the owner was easy and fast. No problems. We plan on coming back.

This is our second time to stay at this property and we love it. The house isn't huge, but it's got fantastic views and is only 1 house away from the beach. The porch is gigantic and everything is well-maintained. We hope to be back again!

Nice house... huge porch, water view. Clean. Open kitchen/living room area. Not a TON of hang out space inside, but who wants to hang out inside at the beach?

Great location and a beautiful deck with nice view. You are just one house away from the beach, but still have a view! For families, there is no bathtub and the bunk beds aren't in a room - so your kids may wake early. Owners are very responsive.

This is our third time staying at Matthew and Tanya’s beach house. We continue to come back because the property is clean, the location is amazing, and home is wonderful. The house is 100 yards from the water, the views are spectacular and it accommodates our family of 5 with no problem. The owners are continually updating the property (new couch, new fridge, new king bed and new paint job on the exterior) and the home is warm and inviting. We love staying here! Clean, close and cozy
This was our second time renting this home and we just adore everything about it. The hosts are wonderful, the proximity is perfect, it’s quiet; we will continue to come back as long as the owners list it. There’s five of us now, two adults, one child, one toddler and a baby. It is safe and the check in and check out process is a breeze.

A Great Spring Break Stay
We have stayed at this property several times and always have a wonderful time. We were excited to see the improvements the owners have made to the property and enjoyed our time there immensely. The home has great proximity to the beach and we loved hanging out on the expansive deck. We will definitely stay again.

Relaxed Weekend
This little home was just what we needed. Nestled between two other beachfront properties, this house may not have had an unobstructed view,, but was perfectly placed to walk out every morning and night for a stroll.
Check in process was super easy, great communication, and adjustments. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

This was our second stay at this beach house. The first was just my husband and myself for our anniversary. This time, we took our three babies with us for an end of summer vacay and they had the best time. They loved the house as much as we did and as always, the communication with the owner was excellent. We will be back, again.

My family and I (two adults, two teen boys) loved this place! It was clean, quiet, and had easy access to the beach (no crossing any busy streets to get there!). Even though the AC went out in the middle of our stay, and we had to find another place, I'm still giving this place 5 stars. The owners were very easy to get in touch with, and when they couldn't find anybody to look at the AC because it was a Sunday, they drove over themselves to try to fix it. When we realized it wasn't going to work out, Tanya found us a couple other options that were available, she gave us a refund for the nights we lost, and she made sure VRBO gave us a partial lodging tax refund. I never even thought about that! You can be sure that if anything goes wrong during your stay, the owners will go above and beyond to make it right. If we get to come back to Galveston, we will be booking this place again!

We had the ability to run back upstairs to have lunch, use the restroom or change over laundry and not miss out on time at the beach. It was also close enough that our kids could come and go and we could watch them the entire time.
With the bunkbed-nook, our kids did not have to share beds or bedrooms. That made everyone's stay just a little better!

Great Girls Trip
We had a great time at the house. The house was accommodating and clean. The girls couldn't get the hot water to work in the showers but I did so it was probably user error on their part. The toilet in the big bathroom runs, so you may want to have that checked as a running toilet can be expensive. A little jiggle of the handle fixes it but other renters may not be as coherent to that fact. The key box is hard to open especially with nails. We managed tho. There is a lot of beach equipment downstairs which is really nice. The beds were comfy and the house stayed cool. The location of the house is a little off putting but the closeness to the water makes up for it. The deck was AMAZING! I love the fact that they have TVs in every room. I will definetly rent again!

Perfect Vacation
My husband and I wanted a nice getaway to the beach for our anniversary and this was absolutely perfect. The view is stunning, the house has everything you need, the check in process was stress free, and Tanya was an amazing host. We are already planning our trip back to this location!

Just perfect
This was the perfect location... just 1 house away from the beach. Meals on the deck overlooking the ocean were lovely. The sheets and towels were soft and many of the cooking items looked brand new. The owner was great to work with and we extended our stay an extra night even though it was rainy because it was just so fantastic.

Excellent Location; Safe; Would Stay Again
Arrival and communication with the owner was excellent. Tanya typically would answer any questions we had within an hour. The property is in a wonderful spot, far enough off the beach to not hear the general population noise, but close enough to hear the waves crash at night. The property was clean and inviting with lots of excellent natural light and a good, homey feel to it. My spouse and I and our two small children found it to be delightful. We would absolutely stay here again and look forward to it. Thank you Tanya!
