Beautiful home and garden. Recently remodeled by the look of it. Quiet, charming, in a lovely neighborhood just a few blocks from Pearl Street downtown. Host was wonderful. Loved our stay.

This property is ideal for strolling into Pearl Street for a coffee, dinner, shopping. Or head west and enjoy a hike in the nearby mountains with views of town. And such a pretty home. We will definitely be back.

This is the second time my wife and I have stayed here. It’s the upper part of a house with its own access. On a quiet street but within walking distance to Pearl. Nicely furnished, good kitchen, full of light, views of the flatirons. A relaxing place to stay.

What a wonderful weekend!

We stayed here for 6 days and were delighted with how clean the property is, and how quiet the neighborhood is. The apartment comes equipped with everything you'll need to feel at home. It is a spacious, 3-bedroom, top-floor unit in a multi-unit owner-occupied house but it feels private with a separate entrance and effective soundproofing. Susan is accommodating and was able to work with us both in our arrival and departure times. She also respects the privacy of her guests - we knew she was around because she was really responsive, but it took us a little while to figure out that she was also on the property. We were very comfortable here and will happily return if we travel to Boulder again.

The place was nice to stay at and very close to downtown. Not much more to say than I'd certainly recommend.

A lovely brick Victorian on a very quiet street located a short walk from the Pearl Street Mall, which has great restaurants and beer pubs. Would definitely stay here again.

It is experiences like this that make VRBO and similar services convenient and enjoyable. Communication was excellent throughout. Expectations were clear throughout. Arrival and departure directions were clear and simple. AND the home was great. Very clean and very well appointed. No surprises and a great location within town. Frankly, one would be hard pressed to find something negative to comment on. We would love to return.

My two college besties and I shared a relaxing weekend in this lovely three-bedroom apartment an easy walk from Pearl Street. The place is so light and airy, we enjoyed our time hanging out "at home" almost as much as seeing the sights of Boulder.

Overall, very nice property, great location, and gracious host.

We had a lovely stay at this home over the Fourth of July. It had everything we needed for our little family and was an easy walk to downtown. The apartment has a warm feel and beautiful lighting. I would highly recommend it to a small family of four. Susan is kind and has all the little things a family might need.

Brought our daughter to Boulder and stayed here. Will absolutely come back and stay again. Susan was amazing, the house was amazing, and a very easy walk to town.

The house was beautifully maintained and comfortable for lots of people. We had a large family group staying for a wedding, and all the bedrooms and the kitchen were immaculate and easy to enjoy. Great stay with lots of fun stuff to do a walk away!
