Summer House 603A è un arredate con gusto 3 camere da letto 2 bagni condominio con circa 1570 piedi quadrati di spazio vitale. La cucina è stato completamente ristrutturato con tutti i nuovi armadi e ripiani in granito. La camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale, la seconda camera ha una regina e la terza camera ha due letti matrimoniali con un divano letto nel soggiorno.
Summerhouse ha grande piscina all'aperto con una piscina coperta e piscina per bambini. La struttura dispone anche di una sala fitness, sauna secca e zona grill barbecue.
* POLITICA DI CANCELLAZIONE: la tassa di elaborazione di $ 89 non è mai rimborsabile. Cancellazione, modifiche alle date di soggiorno o proprietà entro 30 giorni dall'arrivo si traduce in perdita del deposito. Qualora la proprietà riprenotasse per le stesse date e tariffe, il deposito meno la tassa di elaborazione verrà rimborsato.

Overall, our experience was very positive. We were happy for the opportunity to extend our stay for one night.A suggestion:There needs to be clearer info on your website about the ability to get day guest passes for friends who are visiting just for the day and not staying the night. The condo needs an upgrade on the electrical outlets. It was very challenging to find easy access to charge phones, etc.At the very least, note on your website that one needs to bring a power strip for each bedroom.

Location and balcony with ocean front view. Near shopping and restaurants. Walkable to some. Neat and mostly clean. Couch was comfy. Kitchen had most appliances needed. For the bad- the commode was leaking from the tank to the floor. I called and texted but response from management group till next day. Sent plumber who removed, reinstalled and then Uninstaller again old toilet. Went and picked up another commode and installed it. We couldn't use that bathroom. Most of the day. That night smoke detector in my bedroom started chirping every 15 seconds. Called about it, said they would send someone but no one ever came. So after 3 hours I (61 year old) climb in a chair and take it down(and throw outside) where it disappears later on. Someone replaced it with new one but did NOT notify me they were coming into condo. I don't like the management company.

Overall the property was nice and location was good. But I think it is weird that they provide almost no items in the property (like only a single roll of toilet paper) for a week long stay. You should expect to need to buy everything to stock the house upon arrival and frequent trips to grocery store. They also don't use Vrbo to communicate and insisted upon using text messaging even though Vrbo advises against that. We didn't have any issues but I could see this bring a problem if there was some dispute because all communications would have happened outside of the platform. I am also not a fan of having to sign separate (very unfavorable) contracts outside of the platform. There's a reason I rent through this platform and I don't want to deal with additional contract terms beyond the protection that the platform offers.
