2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.

4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

This is the perfect place to spend a week at the beach. Very spacious for a family of 7! Great location, clean and very comfortable. Plenty of towels, cooking supplies, cleaning items and more! Terrific outdoor and indoor pools. Quick walk to the beach. Plenty of parking. Really nothing wrong with the room or building. Will definitely be staying here again!

There was only one negative even though they were under construction. If you have 3 families (3 vehicles) coming in you have to park one car off site. Very inconvenient and very expensive and irritating. This is not the condo's fault but it should someway be paid for or the parking situations should be made to lower their prices. It was ridiculous. They have you trapped. The site was close but it was not secure, the place was not responsible for your car, it just sat there for $25 a day! That is highway robbery. Other than that, this place is perfect!

This condo had live music by the pool , right on the beach , around Walmart and Publix and other really good and nice restaurants, parking good too ! We went when they were doing construction but still really nice.
