We have been coming to Maui for over 30 years and Diana's unit is incredible! She has thought of everything a guest could want. You can tell the pride they take in this unit from the comfortable furniture to the beautiful artwork! Diana is a very thoughtful host and is available to help in any way. We can't wait to come back next year!

The view from this 5th floor unit is amazing and there are beautiful beaches on either side of the property within a few minutes walk. We loved the rooftop area. We grilled dinner up there a couple of times. Diana, the owner was very attentive and answered any questions promptly. The only negative which did not hinder our enjoyment at all but wanted to mention was that the unit was smaller than we expected. Our group consisted of two couples and the second bathroom was very tiny. The kitchen was also pretty small. It seemed the pictures made it seem roomier than it actually was in person. Having said that, after initially being a bit surprised by the size, the location and amenities more than made up for it

I can't say enough about our stay. It was our (my family, including two teenage daughters) first time to visit Maui, and we picked this location after a good deal of research and couldn't have picked a better spot for everything that we wanted to get out of this vacation. The condo itself it perfect, and full of new appliances (that may have actually been a little smarter than me, tbh.) Diane was so easy to communicate with and so very helpful at every turn. We loved our sunsets on the rooftop, from the balcony, and from the grassy lawn. We loved being on the oceanside of Kihei Road. We loved having the grills available to us. We loves snorkeling and swimming with turtles right outside of the back door. If (when) we make a return trip, I'm glad to know that I won't have to spend one minute trying to decide where to stay.

Property we close to the beach, which was a priority for us. Saw sea turtles multiple times from the balcony from on the beach. Close to everything we needed but not so crowded to be able to enjoy. Had a great time!

My husband, son, daughter-in-law and I stayed for 7 nights and our condo accommodations, location to beaches and activities and contact with the rental owner couldn’t have been better. We will be back! The condo is well appointed - we didn’t need anything except groceries. Thank you Diana for such a great experience!

Our two week stay was absolute perfection! So many positives about this condo. Beautifully decorated, updated, clean, conveniently located, stunning views of the sunsets, direct access to the beach, rooftop garden, etc. If you like to snorkel, just walk right out to the beach and snorkel with a variety of fish and sea turtles! Snorkel equipment to rent is available right across the street along with other rentals such as paddle boards. Paddle boarding in the morning is perfect! Diana was extremely helpful with any questions and responded immediately. If you choose to stay at this beautiful condo, you will not be disappointed! We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Maui!

The property is absolutely perfect! My sister and I were looking for a beautiful oceanfront place to relax and escape. The unit is clean, fresh and very comfortable. We spent the majority of our time on the balcony enjoying the stunning ocean view or at the beach steps from the property.
The building is convenient to grocery, food and coffee just across the street. Diana was a perfect host and we could not ask for a better managed unit or building.

5 days at this lovely property! Super easy access to beach and wandering on a walk. The rooftop dining area was wonderful. The lanai at the condo was amazing and a great view of the ocean. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a great property located right on the ocean. The condo is completely updated and has everything you could ever need for your stay. The amenities of the building are great and the location can’t be beat, with shops and restaurants right across the street. Diana is an excellent host and was in contact with us to make sure we were having a magical expierience.

The property was beautiful. We were 2 couples traveling together and the condo was set up so we each had space. The lanai was absolutely wonderful. We used it every morning for coffee and in the evening to watch the beautiful sunsets. The rooftop kitchen, grilling stations and dining area were such a bonus. The condo is centrally located so it was easy to get around and there was plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The highlight of the location was having the 2 beaches on each side. We snorkled quite a bit but our favorite was playing in the surf at Kam II. The green sea turtles just swim right past you. You will see the turtles every morning right from the lanai. We loved our stay in Kehei and when we plan to go back we will reach out to stay here again. Thank you Diana for sharing your wonderful property.

This property was all it described and more. The gorgeous sunsets were breathtaking. It was clean and well equipped with everything you would need for your stay. Diana is great with communication and make us feel welcomed. Kihei is a quant town that is not too touristy. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay on Maui. The surf was very high (twenty year high surf) and wind was as well for the first half of the week but the island’s beautiful and the views are lovely.

Great place to stay. We loved the location with easy access to restaurants, stores, beach, and sunsets! The house accommodations were ideal. Diana has thought through what’s needed for a family to vacation in her place. We appreciated the availability of beach towels, fins, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach bag, hairdryer, and laundry options. So many little details to help make our visit exceptional. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our 25th Wedding anniversary. The beachfront location made for amazing views from the lanai where we enjoyed watching turtles and sunsets. The condo was in a great location that made getting around Maui convenient. It was very clean and spacious for us and came equipped with everything you may need for a stay. The rooftop deck also had amazing views and a great place to grill. Diana was very responsive to any requests. Staying here was wonderful. The view from the lanai was gorgeous and the condo has everything you need from kitchen utensils to beach items. Diana was a great help too. We had a water issue from the condo above. She made sure to keep us informed about the situation and took care of everything while they were getting it fixed. I highly recommend this place.

We have stayed in many units at the Royal Mauian over the years and #507 was by far the best. The renovation is stunning, the unit feels very open and airy. The furnishings are comfortable and modern while still having that Island feel. Diana was absolutely wonderful, answered any questions within minutes and helped make our stay even more lovely. I highly recommend this unit and can’t wait to stay again!

This is the cleanest and most well equipped vrbo I have ever been in! Five minutes after we checked in, we were watching turtles from the lanai.( no need for the supplied binoculars) We were close to lots of great restaurants which we enjoyed but the best was barbequing our own dinner on the roof top deck. Thank you for a great and relaxing get away. We look forward to coming back here soon.

My husband and I got the opportunity to stay here. Where do I begin? There were so many wonderful quality things to say about this place! The unit was very well taken care of. Very clean and thoughtfully thought out in regards to any and everything you would need. I've stayed at many places and am always prepared to go to Safeway last minute grabs. Nope! Didn't need a thing! From sink wipes, too soaps too, and even dishwasher soap. No detail left undone!
Communications with Diane left me happily speechless! She was always quick to respond and very kind. Never did she make me feel like I was bothering her. Even when I had some user "blond human" error moments, she answered my questions with patience. She really is there for you on anything you need! Really!
The VIEW!!! I couldn't get over just how perfect it was EVERYDAY! From the moment we woke until the sun set was gorgeous. Didn't even need to go downstairs and everyday was picturesque! All the furniture throughout the home was comfortable ,clean, and updated. I really felt spoiled! This property has grass downstairs which is really a lovely place to enjoy. But, the condo was so perfect we enjoyed the lanai a lot. Saw stingrays, turtles, and many birds right from the comfort of the condo. So.....would I recommend this place???. Not only YES! I didn't want to leave! But HURRY and book it! IT is a gem and Diane helped make it all possible. She has so much in the condo to make your stay a breeze. Not just in the home but also on the island. This condo is in the perfect location close to restaurants and multiple beaches. This was my third time in Maui and the view is unparalleled! The condo is clean and modern, a true mauian experience! The host is amazing and goes above and beyond to make sure any needs are met. We look forward to staying here again.

We loved our stay here. Not only was it very accommodating but the location is perfect for the beach, restaurants, snorkeling, and grocery needs. The view from the master bedroom and balcony were to die for. Expect to regularly see sea turtles swimming in the afternoon from the balcony. The hosts are also wonderful and are very responsive if there is anything you need. Thank you again for letting us stay in your wonderful condo, we couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay.

The view for the lanai was absolutely stunning. The location was perfect, easy access to the beaches, eating establishments, shopping. The layout of the condo was perfect for my husband and I and our daughter and son-in-law. Plenty of privacy and also ample space in the living room when we were all together. If we vacation in Maui again, we will schedule it around the availability of this condo!

Overall wonderful experience renting and staying at this property! The unit is oceanfront with views facing west, for spectacular sunsets from the comfort of the lanai. Our unit was wonderful and very clean and well appointed with two spacious bedrooms and two full baths Beautiful lawn and pool, and mere steps to the beach (the property sits on a rocky outcropping with beaches on either side). We had a great time hanging out on the beach, and there is also great snorkeling here (the reef on the submerged rock outcropping is worth checking out) as well paddle board and other equipment rental shops across the street. The water is crystal clear. Note that mornings are the best time to hit the beach as the trade winds can roll through this part of Maui pretty heavily in the afternoon. The property location is central to lots of shopping, restaurants and other activities in the Kihei / Wailea area, and other destinations such as Lahaina and Paia are only a short drive away. Our hosts communicated with us on this rental early and often, which was great. The welcome email was very clear and clearly laid out much of the information we relied on to make this trip a success. The unit owners also provide a selection of snorkeling gear, beach chairs and other items to help make the stay more memorable (not to mention less to pack)!Thank you for an amazing experience and a great place to stay on Maui! My family and I stayed at the Royal Mauian, condo 507 for a 10 day vacation. We could not have been more pleased with our condo. It is truly the best location for views and the close proximity to the beach as well as close to restaurants and shopping. The condo was clean, comfortable, and gorgeous. Sitting on the lanai each morning for coffee was a real treat. Diana, the owner, was a pleasure to work with, responding quickly to us, she was very informative about all kinds of information regarding our vacation and condo as well as checking in to make sure everything was acceptable once we arrived. This condo has EVERYTHING you could possibly need for your vacation and then some. We found snorkel equipment after renting some, there are umbrellas, boogie boards, and plenty of beach towels. The kitchen was fully stocked with all equipment needed to cook a meal and even had some spices and paper products. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed listening to the waves at night. We definitely will stay here again on our next trip to Maui. Thank you again, Diana and Bill.
