Clean and close to the slopes in Harbor Springs. Will stay again!

Terrific house. Stayed with two other families and great community space, but also many great side rooms and places for adults and kids to have their own areas to hang out. Great host and location. Less than 10 minutes to the Highlands and Nubs.

We are very sad to have to say that this house was not fit, in our opinion, for rental. The previous year we had a similar VRBO rental that was wonderful but unfortunately they sold that house. We were so excited to come stay at this home as the location was perfect and the pictures were great. However, when we got there we simply wanted to leave. It had an odor, the pictures lead you to believe that with the two bedrooms upstairs there are also two bathrooms but only one that is small. The largest bathroom is downstairs on the first floor and had black something in it and had an odor. We think it was mold but we can not say for sure. The pillows on the bed were so flat, the bath linens were not enough for 4 adults and were old and not in good shape. The televisions did not even have the amenity of being able to record on them much less any extra channels. We were there during a precursor for the US OpenTennis and a big golf tournament. We couldn't see either as there were only the basic channels and when something did come on a basic channel and we were out playing golf we couldn't even record it. The couch one of the sitting rooms was in in terrible shape and there were literally 6 hangers in the closet of the largest room. And the other rooms weren't any better. We had to buy a sponge for doing the dishes when we went grocery shopping. It is not the expense of a very inexpensive item. It is that the sponge was obviously very used and not replaced for our cleanliness/sanitation. And on and on... We would have left and lost our money paid had we been able to find a last minute rental or B and B .

We all really enjoyed our stay. The property was in a quiet/peaceful part of town and we loved how we were within walking distance to downtown. Short drive to Petoskey & tunnel of trees! Was the perfect location and stay for our fall trip with friends! The property manager was quick to respond with any requests we needed during our stay and the house was exactly how it is advertised online.

House was musty smelling and the shower on the first floor off kitchen was horrible and no one would use. Mold. Nice area but would not recommend

The home suited our family perectly. A very short walk to downtown and is located in a very quiet area of the town on a bluff. Awesome bedding! Several quiet areas within the home. Loved the den/library and the sunfoom. Well equiped as well. Thank you for a great stay.

1. There are beds for six people upstairs(two king & two twin beds) and there was only ONE full bathroom upstairs to be shared by potentially six people. The solution to this situation was the bathroom located downstairs that would have to be used by some of the guests sleeping upstairs. This is an awkward layout for sure and not convenient at all. There is a privacy issue here that is a problem. 2.The walls of the queen bedroom downstairs (on the main floor) did not go up to the ceiling , there was no door for the bedroom & the closet was out in the hall outside of the bedroom. This" bedroom" was next to a living room type area that had a TV and couch. Since the walls did not go up to the ceiling noise and light from the sitting room would disturb anyone who was trying to sleep. 3.The entry door that led from the outside into this area had an interior lockset that was very insecure and could easily be pried open with a credit card. 4. The oven was not clean when we arrived and the shower curtain liner in the upstairs bath was ripped and allowed water to spill onto the tile outside of the tub. 5. The ice maker located in the freezer didn't work properly. 6. The house was clean, there was propane for the gas grill, the check out instructions were available, the kitchen was well stocked & the beds were comfortable. 7. The bath towels looked sort of dingy and tired. 8. I called the owner to ask what product to use on the glass cooktop, if there was a replacement shower curtain liner and where to find a bulb for one in the ceiling that was burned out and she returned my call the next morning.

This is a great house for a family to stay in. There is plenty of space to cook and eat. It's also a very do-able walk to downtown!

Great place to stay. Our family of 6 completely enjoyed this place. The house was clean and spacious with several sitting/lounge areas as well as outdoor decks to enjoy. Kitchen is well stocked. Having the park and bike trails close to the house was a definite plus, since we enjoy biking, pickleball and skateboards. The only complaint we d have to say about this property is the slight musty smell in the house. Otherwise it's very clean

This was my first vrbo experience and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I was nervous because you hear so many horror stories. This location was clean, spacious, and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Parking was off street with ample room. It was so much better than staying in a hotel! We will definitely be back to this home for future trips to the area.

We really enjoyed our stay in Harbor Springs! The house was quaint and full of charm. We especially loved all of the different spaces and sitting areas offered. It is a great location, and the walking distance to the playground and baseball diamonds was a great perk! We highly recommend this for families of all ages. Thank you for your attention to detail.

We absolutely loved this charming home. It was ver comfortable and met all our expectations. We loved the pen kitchen/living room area for visiting and just hanging out with our friends. The sleeping accommodations went above our expectations. Everyone slept great. The neighborhood was wonderful for biking and some shopping.

Excellent location - walkable or quick drive to downtown. Lots of room in the house; 4 people had plenty of room to be together or space for “alone” time. Nicely furnished, very clean. Check-in and wireless connnections absolutely seamless. Comfy beds.
