Colony Surf Oceanfront Gem On Diamond Head Gold Coast
Gold Coast che vivono al suo assoluto più bella! Questo Colony Surf 1BR / 1BA (layout di studio) è un gioiello di fronte all'oceano, con una delle più suggestive vedute del South Shore. Calcia i piedi sul sedile della finestra che si affaccia sul blu del Pacifico. Guarda il surf, la vita di mare, barche a vela e mentre vi rilassate con una bella bevanda. Gustare rinfrescanti nuotate mattutine o jogging intorno Kapiolani Park o Diamond Head. L'unità è completamente arredata con tutto il necessario. Basta spostarsi a destra in, è tutto pronto per voi! Lavastoviglie, piano cottura a gas, lavatrice / asciugatrice, letto matrimoniale, tavolo da pranzo con 5 posti a sedere, un sacco di spazio armadio, 1 parcheggio coperto di stallo proprio accanto alla hall. Molto aperta, luminosa, tranquilla e ventilata. Si tratta di una delle unità rare nel Colony Surf che ha un angolo in più con 2 letti singoli, per cui l'unità può facilmente ospitare quattro persone e accogliere gli ospiti. Colony Surf si trova sul lato Diamond Head di Kapiolani Park, a soli 5 minuti di auto a Kahala, a pochi minuti di auto da negozi e ristoranti sulla Monsarratt, ea pochi passi da Waikiki. Non potrebbe ottenere più tranquilla e comoda di questo a Honolulu.

What a fabulous location--oceanfront and close to all the action of Waikiki. We could see sea turtles and the endangered monk seal from our unit. We stay at the Moana Surfrider several times a year, but combined family, business, and R & R with stay at Colony Surf. The wifi worked great and the unit had plenty of linens, beach toys and chairs for our visits around the island. We hope to return again! Mahalo for a wonderful holiday!

We had an amazin stay and the unit was exactly what we had hoped for. It’s wonderful to be situated on a quieter beach within walking distance of all Waikiki has to offer. We would absolutely love rent here again in the future.

Ashley, the prop manager was prompt upon check in and courteous. The unit location is perfect and you can't beat the view for city living. The condition of the place is poor - kitchen appliances were old and not cleaned, walls were scraped with black marks, countertops were stained, drawers were cracked and some couldn't close well, towels were shredding, bed spread had a large hole in it and the floor fan that was in the condo when we arrived was covered in thick dust as were the corner areas where the TV chords gathered. I sent Ashley photos of all the above right away. She did take care of the fan the next day and replaced a new one. She credited me a small amount for the cleaning I did myself as I couldn't use the kitchen from the uncleaned grease and stains. I appreciate that it's probably the owners that made that credit decision and not her.
Pros - besides and view, it's nice that they had beach chairs, towels and boogie boards to use if you need them.
I hesitated leaving this review because I don't like leaving anything negative but if I had known the condition from a prior review before I booked, I wouldn't have. However we did love the beach right below and made the best of our stay. We enjoyed our trip overall.
Parking is included which is great. As long as you are aware before booking, you will still enjoy it because of the other great attributes of the rental.
