The interior and furniture

Great accommodation with standard price. You get what you pay. It is a service apartment rather than a typical hotel and we are able to stay together in 1 apartment.

We need quite alot hangers but not a big deal

The location was tip top. If you are going to jalan alor then it is about 5 to 10 walking distance. Pretty near to the attraction. This building looks new compare to the surrounding building. Alot of small shops and restaurants just down stair the building. It was nice to me.

We need more tissue roll during the stay. Could be nice if you could have prepared more prior check in.

Great location and the swimming pool area was fantastic.

Not enough lifts for the number of apartments. Not unusual to take 10 minutes to get to the lobby from our floor. Apartment was slightly under equipped in terms of glasses and mugs (there was only 1 mug!) and the decor is fairly plain.

3 main reasons why i choose for this property: location, cleanliness and value for money.

I like its location. Price was reasonable. Also, the most I like staff cooperation especially Joshep. Quick and smooth check in process for guests as the time we were check in was very busy timing. I appreciate how the place is spacious and the beds are comfortable. Swimming pool is an amazing facility, just looking to it from the higher floor would give you a stunning view. Security guys are also working brilliantly

Everything is about the location, near to jalan alor food street, Pavillion shopping mall, Time square and pudu. Facilities were all free to use, big pool, gym, sauna and sky garden. Chilling in the apartment. Car park was given 1 upon our stay. Near by grocery shops which we could reach by a stone throw. We can contact the person in charge through whatsapp for any inquiries or any issue we have. We felt greatful for the stay.

More pillows will be good. Not a big problem.
