Comfy and large Premier suites. Relaxing music at cafeteria level 2.
No air dryer inside the room. Bathtub hot water very low temperature. No pressure and very slow bathtub water. No variety of choices for breakfast food. Usual Malaysian menu.

Rooms are large and bright and the doorman are great
Pool area only 4 chairs ?? Pool bar was never open even though it was advertised as open on select hour the restaurant was very disappointing as when for dinner and it was closed at 730pm even though it was advertised as open. The breakfast was also disappointing as hot food cold and selection was poor. Most of the staff seem very untrained. It was not what i would expect from a 4 star hotel
