Questa è solo una bella casa antica. Vive bene. Con ogni ospite spero che ti piaccia la casa e rende la tua visita molto speciale. La cucina ha tutto. Lavanderia nel seminterrato. Grande spazio abitativo su un enorme ponte posteriore nella stagione calda. Parcheggia la tua macchina. E vieni ad essere un locale!

Sono stato un gestore di proprietà in Aspen per 20 anni e ho avuto una casa vacanze a Puerto Morelos in Messico per 17 anni. Ogni ospite riceve gli stessi particolari puliti e nitidi ad ogni visita.
Si prega di chiedere sui letti. Come il re può essere trasformato in gemelli. Inoltre 2 letti singoli nel seminterrato dove è possibile creare più spazio. Agli adolescenti sembra piacere quello spazio. In realtà ci sono 4 o 5 letti a seconda che il re sia composto .. Tutti i letti sono molto buoni ..
Ho avuto questo come una casa vacanza per oltre un anno e non è stata altro che una bella esperienza positiva per gli ospiti e me stesso come ospite.

Crisp, quiet, and friendly setting in a comfortable neighborhood for morning walks. Shops, restaurants, local ice cream and cafes within walking distance.

This is an old house and it's very charming. Lots of quirky decorations and it's fun! Everything works well although I couldn't find a toaster but there is a toaster oven. There is a lot of room and it's close to everything! It's a quiet neighborhood and very quaint! Thank you Annie!! We had a great time!

The house is old but it’s fun to look at all of the antiques and things the owner has around the house. The location was great and we could walk to the downtown area.

We have stayed in many VRBO's. This was very disappointing. It is old and historic. I get that. But the air conditioner was not working, no screen doors on the doors to open & let the Colorado cool evenings & mornings breeze come in. The refrigerator door does not close securely, the kitchen table that you eat on is wobbly (she said its old)? and if you want to have a cup of coffee & a piece of toast at the same time you can't. It will trigger the breaker; The breaker is in the bedroom (uncovered). I guess for easy access. She said it only happens a couple times a year. I happened the first two days we were there.
We had to do work arounds. Then when I tried to talk to her Ann, the owner, she told me I was a complainer! Really?

It is beautiful, so much fun. Walking distance to great food & activities. Glenwood Springs is a wonderful destination and this home is so warm and comfortable. We visited with my two teen grandsons and loved every minute. Highly recommend this home.

We loved it!
Annie is wonderful, kind and welcoming. The house is so charming and the eclectic decor is a treasure trove of Colorado history. The master bedroom is so spacious and comfortable with a great view of the mountains. The other bedroom is cozy and comforting. The back deck is the bomb🥰; beautiful flowers and a plethora of seating to eat, lounge, and enjoy the view. The house is so close to everything but on a quaint and quiet street. We will definitively be back!

Great for humans and dogs
The property is close to shopping, the river walk, and restaurants. It was fun being able to walk to different places. Very dog friendly town.

What a gem!
I can’t say enough about how wonderful this house is. It was our home base for a week-long ski trip to Aspen and it was simply perfect. There was plenty of room for our family (me, wife, and two early teen kids) including two dogs and all our belongings and gear. The photos don’t do justice to just how historic and charming this place actually is. Location is awesome, right in the heart of Glenwood Springs with all Aspen resorts within 45-50 minutes, Vail and Summit County resorts about an hour to an hour and a half away, and the best hot springs pool in Colorado just a few minutes away. Annie is an absolute sweetheart and she made sure everything was just perfect for us. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a great time staying here. Right in town and just a 15 minute walk to the hot springs pool. Very cute and comfortable house.
During our weekend the sewer pipe had to be replaced and Annie went above and beyond to still make it a great weekend. It was not much of an inconvenience but she went way more than the extra mile for us. We will be back.

Delightful Cottage
We had such a nice stay here. The cottage is close to everything. We found a Walking Trails booklet on the coffee table and followed it to take hikes each morning. We spent the afternoons at the pools. Annie is a true sweetheart, she's Good People!

Sweet home away from home
Lovely, relaxing and private little bungalow in the heat of Glenwood springs. Property owner Annie is respectful of our privacy but available at all times to change a bulb out make a recommendation. We had plenty of space for 4, and had everything we needed.

We would even walk to the multiple rivers and drop a hook. The City market is just several blocks away for all your grocery needs. Most important of all, we were able to bring our entire family which includes our two dogs, Spud and Tuna. Annie, the owner, is very welcoming and very quick to respond to any need or concern. Cute, Historical home near downtown Glenwood
We enjoyed our short (3-day) holiday here in Glenwood. The place was quaint and quiet on a side street that was within easy walking distance of downtown restaurants and shops. Access to the place was easy and the host was very nice! We'll look at this place again for our next skiing holiday.

Quaint and spacious but needs a declutter and some investment
This came across as more a of a family second home than a rental. Clean but needs new bedding in all of the bedrooms and the antique bed and mattress in the master bedroom is just too small to be entirely comfortable and need replacing.

Beautiful Glenwood
Great experience! Quaint, central location clean, comfortable and well supplied with towels, kitchen tools and all that I needed for a 4 night stay. I was a bit disappointed with the shower/bath - the plumbing needed a bit of work.

Comfortable and laid back
This was a great place to spend a week. The space is comfortable and very laid back. The back deck was amazing and a great place to watch Turkey Vultures roost for the night. You can park your car and walk anywhere in town!

Historic home with lots of charm.
All I can say is that this home and the neighborhood are a perfect location to explore Glenwood Springs. All the necessary amenities where provided in this lovely home. The owner Annie, was responsive to all of our questions and her home reflected her warm and inviting personality. You certainly want to stay at this home on your next visit to Glenwood Springs. Thumbs up all the way.

Great location, clean, historic property!
Our family had a great winter break. Plenty of activities within walking distance or short drive. Annie, the host, is responsive and attentive while allowing guests their privacy—a good balance. Our kids enjoyed the notes, games and bits of history tucked into the house.

Quaint and lived in
The house is great, didn't like he shower at all, just a shower curtain around a free standing bear claw tub! Full of bacteria.....
Hard to find lights for rooms! Overall just toonlived in for my liking
