Bella casa piscina situata all'estremità meridionale dell'isola ed è a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Questa casa su 4 piani con 4 camere da letto e 4 bagni può ospitare 8 persone. Questa casa è il rifugio perfetto per le tue vacanze a Fort Myers Beach. Il livello inferiore ospita una suite in legge con una propria area salotto, angolo cottura, bagno e zona notte. Le aree cucina, sala da pranzo e soggiorno sono situate al piano intermedio in una disposizione a concetto aperto. C'è anche una camera da letto e un bagno completo situato a questo livello. Un mazzo avvolgente offre molto spazio per rilassarsi. Il livello superiore ha la camera da letto principale con il suo bagno privato e una seconda camera da letto e bagno. Le camere hanno accesso ai balconi. Ogni camera ha la sua TV a schermo piatto e la casa è dotata di WiFi.
La casa dispone di un enorme lanai schermato che copre una bellissima piscina riscaldata e una vasca idromassaggio. Vi sono numerose aree salotto, tra cui una buca per il fuoco al propano e una TV a grande schermo. Sempre al piano inferiore situato appena fuori dalla suite, è presente una seconda vasca idromassaggio indipendente. La casa è a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e uno dei migliori tiki bar dell'isola. È uno dei posti migliori dell'isola per ammirare i nostri meravigliosi tramonti!

The layout of this house is top notch! Perfect for a large family or multiple couples. The walk to the beach is short and the heated pool and hot tub were a huge bonus for the chilly weather we had. Plenty of supplies are provided, very clean, and a very easy check in and check out process. Can’t say enough great things about this house and the property manager.

I cannot share enough great comments about this property. It was amazing for our family, and Mike was very communicative! The photos and descriptions are spot on, and the info folder was very helpful. There was plenty of space and an assortment of household items. Everything you need is at your fingertips. The pool/hot tub set up was perfect although we had an issue towards the end of our stay (Mike was on top of it though). The water level mark outside from Hurricane Ian was humbling, and knowing that so many renovations were down to restore the property was impressive. We look forward to returning for years to come!

Plenty of room, for everyone; we had eight total, seven adults and one infant, lots of fun in the pool, and hot tub!
Had a little hiccup with the air conditioning, but Mike was on top of it, called for service immediately!
I have to say we had a wonderful time, would love to go back again!

Pool was great for kids since the deep end wasn’t deeper than 5ft, spa attached was lovely addition! There was a bunch of beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, blanket, etc.) available for use. TVs had Disney plus and each bedroom was comfortable (although beds are on softer side). Lots of bathrooms which is always more comfortable for everyone. Less than 5 min walk to the beach, and just a min or two to the 7-11 for slushies! Would maybe recommend one more outdoor trash can since they fill up fast and trash day is mid week. Thanks for the lovely stay:)

Wonderful Stay
This property was so nice and spacious. It was very clean and super close to the beach! The pool and spa was awesome! Would definitely consider renting again.

Good location
The outside of the property was where we spent the most time. We used the pool and hot tub most of the time we were at the house. The tv and lounging areas outside were great as well. Had a few issues in the beginning but they were fixed within a short period of time.

Great Trip
The house was wonderful for our group of seven. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was amazing and the short walk to the beach made this the perfect location! We would definitely return.

Had a family wedding at the outrigger was half a block away enjoyed that it was so close. House was very clean nice that each room had there own bathroom. Pool wash clean and refreshing. Thanks for such a nice stay.

Not only is it very spacious but the layout is amazing!. I’ve stayed at many beach houses in my life, this one rates 5 star amazing! Verbo assigned Michael to us he did a beyond awesome job. You cannot go wrong renting this home it wonderful!

Fabulous home with a great layout for multiple couples. 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms in main part of house. Lower level has an “in-law” suite that worked well for the person in our group that needed an office set up while on vacation. Pool, hot tub & lanai were awesome!

We spent 3 to 4 hours in the pool after returning from the beach, which was a very short walk from Beach Access 11. Outriggers was directly across the street and Pinchets was .5 miles south. We also had a 7/11 convenience store, Publix and CVS within a mile. The best part was having a bathroom for each bedroom for privacy. There was lots of outdoor seating but the furniture could use some updating. Also, the suntanning chairs need replacing. Overall, we loved the place and the location!!

Perfect for group of 8 friends
The home is very well kept and works well for 4 couples. Each couple had their own bedroom and bath. The pool area was wonderful. Lots of space to sit in sun or shade and well equipped with toys. Location close to beach and easy access through Outrigger resort with a stop on the way home for a frozen drink. Location at south end of island is away from Spring Breakers. We wold definitely rent again. Only drawback for seniors: steps to get to main floor and more steps to 2 of te bedrooms.

I've learned that I'm too old for steps. 🤣 Perfect size for family gatherings. Rooms are larger than pics. Decor and colors are perfect for a Florida beach home. Pool is mostly shaded by trees. Nice stroll to the beach. Beach supplies are available. Great place!

Christmas vacation
We had a great time. The location and house were great. Out door area lovely and a lot of fun. Having beach towels accessible was nice. Plenty of bath towels and bedding.
Having toilet paper and tissues start up was nice. I would recommend having coffee filters available and possibly reusable storage containers. Traveling by plane limits the ability to bring/buy simple supplies necessary for the kitchen and have been available in other rentals we have stayed at. Just a recommendation.

Espectacular vacaciones
Estuvimos 7 días. La casa está en un lugar muy tranquilo, todo muy limpio la cocina bien equipada, no hay mosquitos por lo que tiene mosquitero en el patio. La playa está muy cerca y también los comercios. La recomiendo para tus próximas vacaciones.

Property is beautiful. Everything is as listed. Just 1 block from the Gulf waters, enclosed pool was wonderful. Awesome Nighttime lighting and indoor decor. Not missing anything. Property manager handled any issue right away, some issues were user error . I would stay here again.
