We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is 5 star in every way. Very comfortable, clean in a great neighborhood. It's very relaxing to come "home" to after being out and about. It's a wonderful place to stay. It will be our first choice when visiting the area again. Michael is a wonderful host.

We had a great time at this property. Stayed for several days during Darker Waves festival. Everything is close, and the property was well stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay, the place is beautiful, clean, well equipped and so much better than we expected from the pictures. It is in a quiet neighbourhood but close to Main Street. We were really happy to have some private outside space with a BBQ.

We had a fabulous 10-night stay at Michael’s rental. It was perfect for our family of four. Great location, well-stocked, and Michael was a great host. We were there for a softball tournament. It’s only a few miles from Huntington Beach Sports Complex but it’s even closer to the beach. We highly recommend this rental!

The pictures don't quite do this property justice - it was redone a few years ago and it is beautiful. Well stocked, has all you'd need. Great location and in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Instructions were clear and Michael was easy to work with. We had a great time and will definitely stay here again on a return visit.

This was the perfect space for our beach vacation! It's so close to the beach, downtown Huntington, and lots of other shops/restaurants. The living space is pretty small, but that was okay since we mostly just slept and ate breakfast at the house. That said, the house really had everything we needed: lots of towels (both bath and beach), nice dishes, a well equipped kitchen, plenty of paper towels and toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc. I only had to ask for more dishwasher pods and Michael dropped them off by the front door that same day. We were provided with beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and great sand toys that we put to good use! My two young daughters shared a room and there was just enough room to put the pack n play at the foot of the bed. I would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed here for five nights over New Year's and it was perfect for our group. It's in a nice neighborhood, private driveway and patio, tastefully decorated and updated. Michael was very helpful and always responsive immediately. A short distance to the beach with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. We've stayed at many VRBO before but this was probably our favorite and best experience to date. It is exactly as advertised. Thank you Michael!

Property and host were awesome! All three beds were comfortable and rooms were fully equipped. Bathrooms clean and fully stocked. 1.7 miles to beach (15 minute run). Everything we needed for beach was provided by the host. Great time!

We enjoyed our stay. Had plenty of room and had everything you needed: dishwasher, fridge, grill and washer/dryer. Check in was super easy. Quiet area and close to shopping and the beach. Private lockable courtyard/patio area was a great place to leave surfboards and beach stuff. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect Family Home in Huntington Beach
This house was perfect for our family of five. It was one of the easiest check-in and check-out stays we have had when renting a vacation home. Great central location with easy access to the beach, Disneyland, disc golf, and lots of other stuff. Also supermarkets and restaurants nearby (we walked a couple of times). Kitchen has everything you need to cook, and we loved having the grill and patio table for cooking and eating outdoors. Michael put out a bunch of beach stuff for us to use. Overall just a terrific stay!

Perfect place to stay for your family!!
This was the perfect little getaway!! Michael was very responsive and did a great job making us feel welcome and checked in to see if we needed anything. Beach was minutes away, Disneyland only 30, grocery store down the road and John Wayne Airport 20. Checking in and out was a breeze and would definitely recommend staying here again!!

Great for a family stay
The property was in a great location. The living space was very comfortable. Also loved the outdoor patio with access to a gas grill. Property had everything you could need down to beach towels and beach chairs. The neighborhood is a single family neighborhood and is very nice and safe. Michael was very easy to work with. The Only disappointment was the bathrooms were not as clean as they should be. I would definitely stay at this property again.
