Naturalmente c'è wireless a Internet ad alta velocità in modo da portare il vostro laptop lungo. C'è un i Pod station per ascoltare la tua musica preferita o si può ascoltare numerosi canali musicali digitali su un nuovo 46 pollici ad alta definizione a schermo piatto TV digitale via cavo. Tutti insieme ci sono 4 televisori a schermo piatto (uno Smart TV) più 2 lettori DVD. L'intera casa è piastrellato, fresco e super pulito.
Se vi piace l'aria aperta questa casa è definitivamente per voi. La piacevole area Lanai è sovradimensionata e proiettato in. Un barbecue a gas è attesa per voi. La piscina con idromassaggio è stata completata nel mese di giugno 2010 ed è veramente allo stato dell'arte. Assolutamente facile da usare: se si preferisce avere la vasca idromassaggio o la piscina riscaldata è sufficiente premere un solo tasto! Anche per quanto riguarda la tecnologia più recente non vi è alcun uso di cloro necessaria che è solo grande per la vostra e la pelle del vostro bambino. Sono anche previste giocattoli piscina e asciugamani.
Se si preferisce essere più attivo, si può giocare una partita di ping pong in area Lanai schermato. Offriamo anche tre biciclette e abbiamo anche aggiunto un tandem per il vostro uso. Marco Island è estremamente biker cordiale.

Wow! We just returned from a fabulous Christmas week at this lovely Marco Island property. Pat and Charles were fantastic hosts who made the whole Vrbo process (our first Vrbo experience) so easy and welcoming. Our hosts even had a little Christmas tree set out for our arrival which was such a thoughtful touch. Their genuine eagerness for this to be a fantastic vacation for our family was apparent from the time of booking until the moment we left. The spacious, immaculately clean house was perfect for our family of 4 with two teens. The location is fantastic - close to the beach but in a quiet neighbourhood. The very private lanai with hot tub, pool, ping pong and covered eating area was the highlight. We loved the proximity to the beach, mini golf and restaurants. Everything you could possibly need for a fun family vacation was included (pool floaties, bikes, beach wagon, cooler board games etc). This sets the bar very high for Vrbo rentals! Thank you Pat and Charles for making our family getaway so special and memorable. We can't wait to return!

The property was as listed. Location was great, close to beach and restaurants. A keypad or garage door opener would have been much more convenient. More labels for the light switches would have helpful.

To kick things off, Pat & Charles were fabulous hosts.
My wife, two daughters (3yr & 7mo) and I arrived at the house just after Thanksgiving .. just as the photos show. There was ample space for our family of four and we all slept comfortably. The screened-in pool/jacuzzi is a major bonus!
The property is in an excellent location .. just as the description says. It's situated a block over from the beach and near plenty of restaurants and activities to the keep everyone busy.
We really hope to come back soon!

This house was so perfect for our family vacation! The pool and hot tub were so fun.
Our 15 month old loved the pool and the beach toys that were available. Her pack and play fit well in the master closet so we didn't have to disturb her if we needed to enter the bedroom for something when she was sleeping. Communication with the host was great, and we didn't have issues with check in or check out. The hosts truly believe that your vacation is your vacation and didn't leave a list of check out "chores" for us to complete.
We loved that this home is a short walk to the beach and a short walk to a plaza with a handful of great restaurants and ice cream shops.
Would definitely book this place again if we find ourselves in Marco Island in the future!

This was our first trip to Marco but won’t be the last. The vacation home was perfect for us and it was a relaxing week. Pat and Charles are excellent owners. The place was clean, well stocked, and close to the beach.

What an incredible place to stay when visiting Marco Island! The proximity to the beach and the restaurants simply cannot beat. A 5 minute walk and you’re there! The pool and hot tub were a nice retreat after a long day. Communication with the property owner was top notch. We had an issue with a beach umbrella and a new one was on at our door within 30 minutes! The house was clean and the kitchen amenities were really good. The owners even welcomed us with champagne and a personalized message on the fridge. The furniture was comfy and the beach supplies were in decent shape and a nice plus.
I gave the property 4 stars and I’ll preface the negatives by saying that these minor issues would NOT stop us from renting again. We were a bit surprised that the ice maker didn’t work but we were able to make ice with the couple of trays in the freezer . We also had an issue with ants in the kitchen. One more minor thing is that it would be nice to have a Keurig coffee machine instead of an old Mr Coffee maker.
We are already choosing our dates for our next stay at this amazing Marco Island home.

My wife and I visited Naples last summer but discovered Marco Island during that trip. We decided to come back this year but stay in Marco this time. Any time we select a destination through Vrbo, there is always some nervous anticipation of what a property will be like, and driving 13 hours from North Carolina, we prayed we picked a property that would make that drive worth it. I can confidently say that this home 100% made it worth it! The home was beautiful, spacious, clean, and ultimately perfect for our family and our vacation. The owners were so easy to communicate with and very helpful! I would tell that they genuinely wanted us to have the best experience possible while at their home. The location was amazing! It was so easy to walk to either beach access close by-the closest being literally "just steps." Several restaurants and stores and entertainment (live music, a movie theater, putt putt course) were also only a 3 min walk from the house. You could literally park your car in the driveway and do whatever you wanted all week and not have to drive anywhere, although the are some places worth driving to i.e. Tigertail, the Boardroom Tavern (on the other side of the island), or Naples (which is certainly worth a 20 minute drive). Overall the vacation was 1000% better than we could have hoped for our expected, and it started with this house! We are already talking about coming straight back next year! Special thanks to Charles & Pat for being such wonderful hosts!

This visit was just what we needed. Pool, Beach, and house that allowed my family and I to hang out for a wonderful relaxed trip. We never got out of the pool until 10pm every night. The entertainment opportunities were just great. Pat was outstanding in communication. This is a return spot for sure!

This is a fantastic beach home with all you could want for your vacation. The home is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach or enjoy the pool- which is perfect for little ones who can’t last at the beach very long. The hosts were easy to contact and made the entire rental process simple from the start. I would definitely recommend this home!

I’m reluctant to give this property the review it deserves because I don’t want others to discover it. That wouldn’t be fair to the wonderful host, so here goes. The property is better than described with very attentive, available, and not too intrusive hosts. It had everything we needed for a great stay. Very private and truly just a minutes walk to the beach. This was our fourth stay on Marco and it was our favorite because of the private back patio/pool area of the property. We plan to visit again!

This is our second year staying at this property and we continue to enjoy everything about it. From the location on the island to the great communication with the property owners, this house delivers! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this wonderful property. The house was bright and clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We loved the back patio area and enjoyed coffee there every morning. The pool was a great bonus. The property was steps away from the beach, mini-golf, and some very good restaurants. The owners were wonderful to work with and provided a lot of helpful information and were very responsive with questions. Definitely a great place to vacation!

Wow is all I can think to start with - if I could of marked our hosts higher than a five I would ! Stayed a week for my 65th Birthday celebration two weeks after Ian - Pat was completely willing to offer a full refund if we didn't feel comfortable coming post hurricane. We laughed and laughed as we enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Everything we could have needed was at our fingertips. House is in amazing area, so close to beach, restaurants - jumped on bikes to go watch sunset - enjoy our favorite Marcos spots Michelbobs for takeout, Stonewalls, played Pickle Ball with the locals who were welcoming and fun.. Walked the beach - a little windy for a few days but no need to worry as house has great pool and jacuzzi. Some funny events - had a flat tire on Jolly bridge coming into town, our first waiter at Stilts was named Ian and we had a ping pong tournament with prizes utilizing the house and all it's amenities - Thanks Pat and Charles... Hope to some back soon Michele, Arturo, Owen, Melissa

Our family ranged in age from 1 to 65 and it was a perfect week for all of us. The home is clean and spacious. The screened in pool and hot tub was amazing. We loved eating our meals out there while the kids played in the pool. The beach was just a couple of blocks away. Pat and Charles we're incredibly responsive and helpful. I would recommend this home to anyone.

Vacation at this home with my three boys ages 12 to 15 was great. I would say it definitely met or exceeded all expectations including amenities, cleanliness, and location. Property management was great as well. We were able to really enjoy all Marco Island has to offer while having a very comfortable home to come back to each day. My boys loved it and I would have no reservation to rent this property in the future.

We had a wonderful stay!! Pat and Charles are outstanding hosts! Their communication before and during our stay was great. The house was very clean and beautiful. The location is great and it is only a short 6-7 minute walk to the beach. The pool and hot tub were wonderful! We are so happy with our stay and would definitely stay there again!

First let me start out that the communication with the owner is fantastic. Attention to details, they make everything is easy. Access to beach is literally steps away and all the amenities you could need.
Check in is flawless. The manual they have is well thought out and thorough. This is the cleanest place we have ever rented.

Perfection!
We met up as a family with adult children at this home on Marco. It was absolute comfort and felt like home from the moment when you walk in the front door. Communication with the owners was simple and never seemed bothersome. We LOVED it immensely ♥️
