This is a beautiful home with everything you need. Perfect to spend the days at Goose Rocks Beach and have dinner and relax afterwards. Very clean. Great beach vibe decorations. The property owner Andrea is lovely and easy to get in touch with. Our favorite rental in Kennebunkport!

My family of six just spent an amazing week in this beautiful home. The location to our favorite beach was an easy drive. I personally enjoyed the gorgeous gardens. After a long day at the beach returning to this home was so relaxing - our little ones could run and play outdoors while the adults could lounge on the patio and/or deck.
Andrea has thought of EVERYTHING. This home is uniquely supplied. Andrea is an amazing host. We cannot wait to return next summer. Thank you!!

From our arrival until our departure we were very impressed with the home and the beautifully landscaped outdoor environment. An added bonus was discovering an abundance of wild blueberry bushes that we loved to pick. The flowers were beautiful. I would definitely recommend this home to others.

We had a great week! This year, our selection checklist included a 4-bedroom, clean home spacious enough for 6 adults, and a yard large enough to provide outdoor fun for a 1.5 year old. All criteria met! The yard is stunning, and provides for lots of outdoor gathering spaces including a fire pit for s’mores and relaxing after full days. Wooded, private lot vs. a rental on the coast allowed for a reprieve from coastal crowds and traffic. Highly recommend!

Our family had the absolute best time at Andrea's property. The location was amazing, equidistant btw Dock Square, Goose Rocks, Kennebunk, and easy access to Rte 9, Rte 1, and I95 for additional exploration. The house was clean and comfortable for our group. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor spaces for night time fires and afternoon grilling. Plentiful beach chairs provided, outdoor games such as cornhole and kan-jam. If you like convenient access to all there is to do in the Kennebunkport area but also enjoy the feeling of getting away from it all on a beautifully maintained 3+ acre property set back off the road, look no further. Andrea was so responsive and a real pleasure to communicate with. We would consider a return stay without question and recommend to others whole heartedly.

The entire package was even better than we expected. The house was so clean it looked like it was the first time it was rented. The lot is huge and alllowed us to play our favorite games ( frisbee , throw baseball, etc... ). Andrea is a perfect host and responding very quickly to the many questions i had all along our vacation.
I strongly recommand this property and we will most probably go back in the next coming years.

Returning renter!
My family and I love coming to this property. This is our fourth year staying here and already booked for next summer. The house is immaculate and beautifully decorated, the property is beautifully landscaped and quiet and the perfect distance from the ocean, shops and restaurants. Can’t wait for our next trip to Maine!

Exquisite Location and Great Hospitality
Our Maine home rental was everything that was promised on VRBO: spacious, clean, close to beaches and downtown while still offering quiet and solitude. But the surprise was the great hospitality! Besides communicating so well in advance of our trip, the owner outfitted the house for cooking (complete kitchen setup), beach (complete complement of beach chairs and and buckets in garage), and play (variety of lawn games and puzzles for both indoor and outdoor relaxation.) We had SO MUCH FUN in our week in Maine and credit our VRBO rental for providing the perfect setting.

Amazing Home
This was our 4th year staying at this home. Andrea is a wonderful host! The house is beautiful. It is very clean and well stocked. They have a great kitchen to cook in. A great open layout. We love staying here! It is our family’s favorite vacation! Thank you!!

Couldn't have been better!
This house was perfect for us. Private with a large yard for kids to play safely. Beautiful clean home with everything you could possibly need to have a comfortable stay with your family. Plenty of space for 4 adults, 4 bigs kids with one 3 year old. Large rooms and comfortable common areas. I guess the only thing we thought could be added is a clothesline for beach towels. All communications with owner were very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend this house for families looking to vacation in Kennebunkport with easy access to Goose Rocks Beach or Gooches Beach. Truly a very relaxing and comfortable stay.

The yard is impeccably landscaped with several places to sit and relax, and somehow even bugs don’t bother you, so the kids especially loved that. Inside, it was warmly decorated and comfortable. There was plenty of room for everyone, and amazingly quiet if you stayed in bed later than the rest. We had everything we needed with all the comforts of home right there, with the exception of towels and bed linens, but we knew that going in. The washer and dryer kept our packing light and made it easy to keep towels and clothes cleaned. Andrea and Nick were super responsive and even when we left, and forgot some things behind, they said they’d mail them out to us. That was so very much appreciated and offered by Andrea so pleasantly, I couldn’t be any more grateful. The location is fantastic as well. Most of the places we love to visit were about a 10 minutes drive, so we loved that too. This was our fourth vacation in 6 years to the area, and easily and by far the nicest place we found. If there was a for sale sign out front we’d put in an offer, we truly loved it. We hope and plan to stay again in the future.

Amazing house near Goose Rocks Beach!

Wonderful Vacation Home
This was by far one of the best properties we have rented for our family vacation. The house is huge (we were 4 adults and 2 kids with lots of room for 2 more) and is beautifully decorated. The kitchen was completely furnished with good quality plates and utensils and everything you would ever need to cook any type of meal. The garden and grounds were stunning and the fire pit was put to good use most evenings for chatting over a glass of wine.
We will most certainly rent this property on our next Maine getaway.

A wonderful house!
This was our second stay at this property. We love everything about it. The private location, the layout of the house, the cleanliness, the beauty of the property, and the fire pit. That’s just to name a few reasons. The location is private, but close enough to town, the beaches, and restaurants. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is beautiful and fully equipped for eating in. There’s plenty of seating, and room for eating at the large table, or high hat table in the kitchen area. We loved staying here once again.

Wonderful Vacation
Our family had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful home! The house was spacious, comfortable and very well maintained. Our family enjoyed sitting by the fire in the front yard and grilling in the back. The house had everything we could ask for and we look forward to going back next summer!

The house was the perfect fit for our family get away. The house is nicely decorated with a beach theme and has a homey feel to it. It is only moments away from Goose Rocks Beach which is a great family beach.

A beautiful home
We were so comfortable in this lovely home. It was close enough to town and beaches, but in a very private area. It was so comfortable, clean, and had enough room to accommodate our family of 8, including a toddler. The kitchen was well equipped, and there was plenty of seating for us to eat together. The owner was quick to respond. We hope to return next year.

Satisfied every need.
This property was wonderful. It suited all our needs. Large yard for parking, 2 full baths and 4 bedrooms. As two couples traveling together it is always nice to have your own bedroom and private bath. We were close to town (10 minute ride) but rural. Owners were very pleasant and easy to get a hold of. House is in excellent condition and very clean.

Awesome, clean, roomy, Kennebunkport Home within 10 minute drive to beaches
We absolutely loved this place. It was incredibly clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Being early June, we had a couple of days on the cooler side, and were able to use the gas fireplace which was so nice. The location was quiet, and yet just a few minutes from the Beaches, grocery store, and famous downtown Kennebunkport. We really LOVED this place and look forward to renting it again.
