Situato in Pierpont Bay, questo attraente casa a 340 € per notte è un eccellente opzione per il tuo prossimopausa. Deliziosa casa sulla spiaggia in stile Nantucket, vicino alla spiaggia con vista sull'oceano della famosa spiaggia di Pierpont. Amerai il grande cortile recintato e il giardino! Classica casa sulla spiaggia a due piani con cucina, soggiorno e balcone al secondo piano - è come vivere in una casa sull'albero, con vista tutt'intorno. Fascino vecchio stile aggiornato con tutti i comfort tra cui WiFi, internet, TV via cavo! La nostra casa è luminosa e luminosa e gode di un'ottima posizione in un incantevole vicolo dalla famosa spiaggia di Pierpont a Ventura. Due camere da letto e un bagno al piano superiore (letto king size e due gemelli), con soffitti a volta, ampio balcone e pavimenti in legno. Vi è una camera familiare / o terza camera da letto al piano di sotto (bed & queen size divano) con ampia cabina armadio e proprio bagno con doccia. Al vostro arrivo troverete lenzuola con letti già fatti.
La cucina a pianta aperta con fornello a gas è divertente da cucinare pur rimanendo parte di una vivace conversazione in salotto, o semplicemente godersi il panorama. Prendete il sole e prendere il tramonto sul balcone. Bambini o adulti, hanno un proprio spazio al piano di sotto nella stanza di famiglia, dove si possono guardare la TV o giocare. Our past three Christmases have been at this Pierpont home and we have really enjoyed them. It has been only two couples so there was more than enough room and an extra bedroom. We enjoy being able to see the ocean from our second floor deck and peeks of it from upstairs.
There are Christmas lights strung along the outside deck that we can enjoy from the livingroom and fresh flowers in vases, a lovely touch. The large kitchen windows have huge honeysuckle blooming and lots of room in the backward which is fenced as is the small front yard. Plenty of dishes and kitchenware and basic condiments. Parking for two in the driveway and a possible third car out front. Very steep stairs go to the upstairs from the door to the downstairs full bedroom, bath and tv, couch and chairs. Short walk to the beach and very quiet neighbors. This home has everything you need but the steep stairway wouldnt be good for young children altho there is a gate that can be set up at the top of the stairs.

It was wonderful. I had my dog and this house is about a mile away from Marina Beach. It is a dog beach. Wonderful people and fun dogs.

We had such a great time at this place. The house was clean, and the neighborhood quiet. We slept well - all the beds were comfortable, and there were multiple spots for our family to hang out and congregate without feeling like we were on top of each other. Another reviewer expressed concern about the steepness of the stairs for his elderly father, but our 85-year-old father did fine with them - there's a railing. Thank you for a wonderful vacation! We hope to be back here.

Location was super convenient to the beach, was well maintained. We enjoyed the space in the house and would have enjoyed the balcony and backyard more of the weather had been kinder.

Ventura was a wonderful town to stay in and this home was homey and comfortable. Plan to stay here again next year. Highly recommend!!

Worn out. Needed work. Mattress were completely worn out.
The house was very expensive for what you got.
We told the owner that we were bringing my 94 year old father.The stairs to get up to the kitchen were impossible even for me. I am in pretty good shape. They were like a ladder. I think she should of mentioned that to us.
The toilet down stairs kept stopping up.
The kitchen was not adequate had 2 sauce pans and the knives you could use at all. Wouldn’t cut anything.
I thought it was dirty.
I have rented a lot from VERBO but never paid this much. Definitely was not worth the money. We left 2 week’s early to go home. That’s how uncomfortable we were.

Great stay in Pierpont, beautiful beach and quiet neighborhood. 2 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk to Von's and some great restaurants in Pierpont and 7 minute drive to downtown Ventura. Beds are comfortable and kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. We'll be back!

Awesome. Lovely back yard…perfect for relaxing bbq’s, practicing golf and morning yoga.
The hostess is prompt even on pocket calls; seems to really enjoy sharing her family beach home and sacred space with others. Just a great week over all!

Two of the best parts of this rental are it’s balcony and very short walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. Lots of beach toys in the garage, along with briquettes for the barbecue. This is a great place for families.

We had a great time at this Cozy n Comfortable house. We loved the fact you could see the ocean from the front balcony and sitting at the kitchen table. Hearing it as well was a nice surprise. The yard was great for our dog, and we loved the swing. Yes the downstairs bed is part of family room but it also has a huge bathroom and closet plus opens to the backyard. Upstairs rooms comfortable. Super bright upstairs with lots of windows. Beach less than a block away and the sunsets were amazing. We could walk to several good restaurants, and a frozen yogurt place. Grocery store really close as well. Neighborhood was quaint and quiet. Kitchen small but super well stocked. We will definitely come back. Jane was a super host and communicated well.

The home is very comfortable and enjoys a cool sea breeze. The downstairs flows into a very well-maintained backyard that is an enjoyable place to relax and reflect. The neighborhood is quiet. A balcony is the perfect spot for cheese and wine. The walk to the sand is about one-minute; just enough time to shed the sand from your feet. Ready to relax? This is the spot!

The beach is right there and fantastic, walk a mile or so to the pier. Lovely sunsets from the balcony, great restaurants within easy walking distance. Unique place with lots of hummingbird viewing opportunities

The area is perfect for a walk to the beach and areas around Ventura. The fenced in yard was fantastic for our daughters dog. Very quiet neighborhood.

We had an amazing time at this Pierpont Bay home. The house is quirky, comfortable and close to the sand. The back yard was perfect for relaxing with the dog when we weren’t on the beach.

We really enjoyed staying at this cozy beach cottage.. It's so light, airy and well equipped we were totally comfortable. Marina Park one mile away was great for walks with the dogs and the proximity of Vons and Starbucks was super handy. The very private back yard garden was perfect for lingering dinners in the evenings.

Our family of four had a great month at this modest property. Jane was easy to communicate with, the location is perfect, and we loved the beautiful green backyard and little sliver of ocean view from the balcony and living room. This is an older property that has everything you need for a vacation on a budget.

Jane's house is in a really incredible location. We loved walking 1 minute to the beach, a few minutes to the bike path, and a few minutes to a cute strip of restaurants and froyo. The backyard was also really great for our dog and our toddler.

These are very cool little neighborhoods tucked right up against the beach - there are probably 15 or more cul-de-sacs that end at the sand. The sunsets every night were a highlight - amazing colors and view from the front porch - as well as a view of the horizon above the ocean. The beach was lovely too with dunes where we could read during the day. There are a bunch of great little spots to eat within walking distance - Thai, Italian, pub grub, sushi, etc. We were there during the 2020 heat wave and our area remained very cool with a nice constant breeze. Loved it and we plan to go back again to the same house which was also very charming - small but sufficient with a lot of personality and a great backyard with outside shower, fire pit, lots of furniture, and privacy due to the landscaping and large trees. Wished we could have spent more time there on this trip but we'll be back.

We had a lovely time at Jane's house. It's quite charming and comfortable and a quick stroll to one of the most beautiful beaches in Ventura. The kitchen is fully stocked we enjoyed eating meals together after beach adventures.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at this lovely house in Pierpont Bay. The owners have thought of everything and more. It was so comfortable that we spent a lot of time reading, playing games, cooking and just chilling out. Very centrally located, close to great restaurants, the harbor, Main Street and Channel Islands. Even Santa Barbara is close. Love this place and will definitely return.
