This is a 2-bedroom, 1-bath downstairs rear unit of a tri-plex that offers a comfortable and casual space to relax after a day by the ocean. Inside, you’ll find a cozy coastal-themed living room with a full-size pullout sofa, perfect for additional guests or a movie night in. The home has a nostalgic charm with nautical touches throughout, giving it a relaxed beach cottage feel.
The two bedrooms provide simple and comfortable sleeping arrangements, with one featuring a Queen bed and the other a Full bed, making it a great option for small families, couples, or friends traveling together. The building has filtered water for good tasting water throughout the building and both bedrooms have cable television. There is also tandem parking on site, off the street.
