Skvěle vybavený a perfektně čistý apartmán v domě vzdáleném od pláže asi 50 metrů. Pan majitel je velice komunikativní, starostlivý a nesmírně ochotný. Příjemné restaurace jsou v docházkové vzdálenosti, stejně jako supermarket. Ventura je ideální místo k odpočinku po dlouhé cestě národními parky, asi 100 km od LAX a blízko Santa Barbary. Zakončili jsme zde naši nádhernou dovolenou, byli jsme moc spokojeni.
Všechno se nám líbilo.

Wow, what a great stay! The location was perfect, steps from the beach and easy walks to groceries, tacos and frozen yogurt. We loved the beach toys and there was plenty of space for our group of adults and children to spread out. Our group reserved both the top and bottom duplexes. The owner was quick to respond and was helpful with any questions or requests we had.

Great location; only 2 minutes walk to the beach. Very clean inside and the cupboards were well-stocked with condiments etc.
The steep steps leading up to the property might be difficult for some travellers.

The house was appointed with every imaginable amenity with skill and concern. We especially enjoyed the excellent hot tub, the comfortable beds and the close access to the beach.
